We had one day where we were able to boat. The rest of the time was cold and rainy. Little Ridge Park was nice for walking. The beds and showers were great. The host was very good and responded very quickly. The fireplace was amazing. Lake view was great. Tempature of house was difficult to regulate. Probably better in warmer months. Some areas needed better cleaning.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay. There was eight of us and we all felt like the beds were comfortable. The view is beautiful and the house is big and beautiful. It could use some tender loving care which we will private message the host with but otherwise it was a perfect stay.

Disappointment

The property was not all as it seemed. It had a fowl odor and had dead cockroaches on the floor, we counted 3 before we walked out. The dock was full of cobwebs. When speaking to the property manager they had said we should have called them and they would have come over to remove the. Do they not check or clean before arrival? They would not refund our money even though we called and told them after 10 minutes. They did however refund the cleaning fee. GO figure they didn't clean anything anyways. We didn't stay there but they made us pay the bill though... DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Lake house August 2023

House needs a little bit of TLC Hot tub was not working completely. Only one side Remote controls for TVs did not work No toaster Lack of cleaning supplies Should make downstairs into a game room like with a pool table or ping pong Should have been notified that There was construction going on directly next door when we arrived. Very noisy and loud. The manager of the property did speak with the owners so it was postponed until the middle of the week. But still should have been notified prior to booking the house No lake floats or rafts? Or anything that we could use to enjoy. Had to run around several stores to see if we could even find a raft since the season was changing back to school. Sofas could use a cleaning from their white covers were filthy Just think with all of the additional fees and the price that we paid was not worth what we received. We have stayed at several other lake houses in the past. This one did not have a lot of conveniences that others had. Had to go and buy several things from the store because they didn't have it at the house

Dirty and Bugs

Honestly, the location was fantastic but the house was dirty. For example, there were fingernail clippings left on the nightstand in one of the bedrooms. There was also an abnormal amount of cockroach sitings, like 4-5 a day. Both American and German roaches which leads me to believe there is a problem. We contacted the property manager who said he would have someone come out to treat. That never happened, and when we contacted again he said he would be out to treat. That also never happened. We told the property manager about the mail clippings as well. We didn’t mind that there weren’t wineglasses or the lack of any type of water accessories but dirty and bugs just don’t cut it for the price.

Great Lake Location

Good amount space on a beautiful lake with sunset views. 2 full kitchens. Close to all necessary stores (groceries, restaurants, etc). Furniture & fixtures were a bit dated, but functional. Property host was extremely responsive & helpful after a minor mix up with check-in.

Lake Wedding get away

We rented this waterfront property to attend a friend's wedding. We travel often and this was a definite favorite home. The pictures are accurate to the beauty and maintenance of the property. The 4 master suites create wonderful privacy and the living spaces are comfortable for gathering groups. The property and dock were beautiful and the views are gorgeous. I highly recommend booking and enjoying this property for your lakeside stay, we didn't want to leave

Perfect get away at the lake

We had a wonderful time at the Lake and this house was the perfect rental. House has been upgraded and cared for. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Chris addressed any issues that popped up quickly. Quiet location close to the boat ramps.. Great for a morning walk. We would definitely stay again!!

Birthday getaway with friends and family

I was turning 50 and wanted a relaxing getaway to celebrate with my closest friends and family. This was the perfect space for us! The way the rooms are situated gave everyone some privacy while still being all together. It’s nice having a house because you can spend quality time together, cooking, talking, playing games, etc. There was plenty to do around the lake, we brought our floats and our boat, we floated in the water and went to Margaritaville. Such a good time, we all talked about doing this trip annually.

Delightful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is laid out well for multiple couples or families. Everyone basically has their own suite with bedroom & bathroom. The only negative is that the pillows and mattress pads could be updated. The neighborhood is lovely with deer walking through the yard, and it is very quiet.

Absolutely incredible trip!

My family and significant others stayed and celebrated my birthday! House, location, dock was perfect! House is fully stocked for cooking and the layout is great! The property manager was so easy to work with and we had no issues with the house. Absolutely fantastic trip!

Great location!

We loved this location, the double decker dock, very well stocked kitchen and enough room for all 10 adults, ( 8 for sleeping). There was grass, water and tree'd areas! Lots of porch space for morning coffee and eating outside!

Had a great stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and clean. Very cozy and comfortable. Pretty much had everything we needed. New appliances was a plus. Had a lot of cooking to do for our Nee Year celebration. The view was beautiful. Very close drive from all the important stores to buy food. Or restaurants if you like. But we stayed in and mostly cooked at the house. It was also very convenient to have a washer and a dryer to wash our clothes before packing. We really enjoyed our stay. Would do it again if family ever decides to.

Location was beautiful, the house on the other hand looked run down.

Furniture was worn out and dirty. This was our thanksgiving getaway, Oven on main level in kitchen did not work. Kitchen had only 2 trash bags of, one had garbage in it as we arrived, no kitchen towels. The whole place could use a deep cleaning. Somewhat of a disappointing experience.

Home COULD BE the bell of the lake

With some updates and thorough cleaning, this home could be a gem. Excellent location and view. Private but within a 5 minute drive to Publix. It has a great floor plan. However, it needs a thorough cleaning and painting, stained carpets replaced, replace screens that are missing in most of the windows and doors, miss matched and chipped dishes, some of the teflon pots were so badly scarred, they were unusable. The lower level had a very loud humidifier running but its mildew odor was so strong we spent 0 time down there, it was also very dark. The windows and doors were extremely dirty. We requested they come clean them but no one was available. We actually went out and bought window cleaner and cleaned everything we could reach to see the incredible view. They did graciously refund us the cleaning charge. There was no space in the kitchen cabinets to keep supplies (did i mention only 3 wine glasses). A fake plant above the refrigerator was so thick with dust, we were afraid to move it to clean it. There were only 2 light bulbs out of 6 in the master bathroom. But...the deck was new and large and the dock was also nice. We will keep an eye on this home, if the updates are made, it would definitely be our #1 pick for a yearly trip. Lake Lanier was fabulous!!!

The house was perfect for us. We have been doing a guys boat weekend every year. We have stayed at many houses. This one has been the best by far. We will be staying here next year and many more.

Nice lake house

Great location and nice house as advertised. Could use some updating on decor and needs better lighting throughout. Lake Lanier is wonderful and located on south end which was nice and quiet. A little too much intrusion from rental agency and owner visiting and contacting us during the stay- felt like they were following you on security cameras
