Two bedrooms: 1 x King-size, 1 x twin (can be zipped into a King-size on request). Family bathroom and additional shower room. Kitchen/sitting/dining room. Utility room. Two patios.

Smart TV and DVD player. Mobile wifi available.
Underfloor heating on the ground floor with radiators in the bedrooms.
Allocated parking space for one car and further visitor parking available.
Two well behaved pets are allowed at a charge of £40 per pet per week. Pets are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture. Strictly No Smoking.
All duvets, pillows, linen and towels provided - guests require beach and tea towels only.
