道路から家に着くと、2台分の駐車場があります。 私たちは美しい庭を渡り、木製のダイニングテーブルを備えた家のポーチに到着します。 ポーチから家���アクセスすると、非常に大きく完全装備のキッチンのある大きなダイニングルームがあります。 食堂を横切ると、家の裏に行くホールに到着します。 右側には、2つのシングルベッドと白い色調の装飾のあるダブルルーム、2つのシングルベッドと大きな作り付けのワードローブ、��ャワー付きのバスルームのある別のダブルルームがあります。 ホールの左側には、シャワー付きのモダンなバスルームと、特大ベッド付きの広い部屋があります。

外からアクセスできる2階は、テレビと暖炉の前に3つのソファのある大���なリビングルーム、���さ��キッチン、��ングサイズ���ッドのある大きなダブルルーム、シャワー付きのフルバスルーム。

家の前には芝生のある大きな庭���あり、子供に最適です。美しい木の陰にあり、障壁で区切られた屋外のアームチェアーのエリアは、10m x 5mのプールがあります。芝生、ハンモックエリア、屋外で�����食事に最適なバーベキューに囲まれています。

Wonderful villa, amazing hosts!!!

What a special place this is. We recently stayed with 5 adults and 3 kids and this house was PERFECT. Wonderful location, awesome hosts who met us at the house with gifts and detailed information, very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, fenced pool perfect for the safety of the little kids, amazing grounds with tons of flowers, lemon trees, grassy yard, etc. Cant say enough great things about this place, we very much hope to return one day! Thank you so much Maria & Toni!!

Very nice house

The house was super clean and we had everything we needed. The garden was very beautiful as well as the pool area and terrace. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Good to know in the description would be that 3 bedrooms are downstairs and living room and one bedroom is upstairs with a seperate entrance. We were two families with each 2 smaller kids (3-5) So in this constellation it was difficult for each family to be together in one area. But we found a pragmatic solution 😀. But overall awesome location. Also the communication with the hosts was easy.

Vielen Dank für die tolle Bewertung. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie die Mitteilung in der Beschreibung nicht herausgelesen haben, dass die 2 Etage von aussen zugänglich ist und sich dort ein Wohnzimmer , sowie ein Doppelzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche befinden.

A peaceful retreat

From the moment we arrived we knew that we had made a wise choice, we were met by Tony and Maria with cold drinks in the fridge and cakes on the table. This was followed by a personal tour of the villa and its facilities, the layout is a little different but once you are used to that it was fantastic. Time and time again we said 'well it hasn't got…' only to find it minutes later. Whilst at the villa we spent nearly all our time outside on the terrace or in the pool, the large lounge remained almost unused. Tomas who looks after the property on a day to day basis was a mine of useful information as you might expect as he is a local policeman. We shopped for breakfast at a small but well stocked local supermarket in Cala Murada, venturing into Porto Colom (ten minutes in the car) when greater choice was required for BBQs. Porto Colom was also a great place for an evening stroll with a wide choice of restaurants and a lovely beach at Cala Marcal. Nearer to the villa we also enjoyed meals at El Castillo del Bosque which is less the five minutes away, great food and staff. Cal D'Or is easily accessible and we strolled and dined around the marina there on a couple of occasions. We had our days out but always returned in time to spend an our or two around the pool before our evening meal, it was such a nice setting. Toni and Maria came to see us on our last day and we had absolutely nothing but positive feedback for them a truly enjoyable holiday enhanced by meeting them!

Super schöne Finca

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, die Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten war für uns genau richtig auch das kleine Apartment in der oberen Etage. Die Einrichtung der Finca war sehr schön mit sehr viel Liebe dekoriert worden. Das ist die dritte Finca , die wir über Las Islas gebucht haben( die alle sehr schön waren) , aber bei dieser waren wir uns alle einig daß diese am schönsten war. Ein sehr schöner großer Pool in dem wir alle viel Spaß hatten ,besonders uns're beiden Enkel. Was wir noch nie in einer Finca hatten, war, das nach der Hälfte der Zeit der Pool gesäubert , der Rasen gemäht und Sträucher zurück geschnitten wurden. Ein Putzteam kam , hat Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt........und die Bäder geputzt. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen . Wir würden als Familie diese Finca auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Sie war genau so wie in der Beschreibung " beschrieben" Was sinnvoll wäre, wär das große Müllsäcke, für die Mülltonnen, zum entsorgen des Abfalls vor Ort liegen würden. Ansonsten wirklich ALLES SUPER

Perfect Finca-Time-Out

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen, was wir so wollten. Dafür hat es einen tollen Garten - toll gepflegt und grün, immer etwas Schatten irgendwo. Der Pool ist super. Alles an Ausstattung, was wir uns wünschen konnten, war da. Es kamen einige Katzen vorbei, denen wir dann auch irgendwann etwas Futter hingestellt haben. Hat das mediterrane Flair ergänzt. Man ist schnell in kleinen Ortschaften / Restaurants oder kann einfach gut auf der Terrasse relaxen. Wir kommen gern wieder. Wir empfehlen Mitnahme von Mückenspray. Man sieht sie nicht, aber sie sind da. Auch Gel zum behandeln von Mückenstichen. Es gibt eine Kaffee-Maschie und viele Gewürze / Salz zum kochen. Öl haben wir frisch gekauft. Das erste Wasser lag auch im Kühlschrank. Haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Finca ist durch ihre Zweiteilung unten / oben gut für zwei Familien. Oben ist ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett, unten 3 Zimmer (2x Einzelbetten und 1x Doppelbett).

Finca-Ferien 2022

Die Finca ist sehr gepflegt und ist von einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Die Räume sind sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Unserem Wunsch nach weiteren Liegen wurde sofort entsprochen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Finca unbedingt weiter empfehlen.

Altamente recomendable

Hemos estado en Agosto dos familias con cuatro niños entre 3 y 10 años y ha estado fenomenal. La casa está en un lugar muy tranquilo y a tan sólo 10 minutos de Portocolom. De más está decir que la casa está impecable, y es muy disfrutable. La barbacoa en un punto clave, al lado de la piscina (de temperatura muy agradable), y con un comedor diario en una galería exterior muy acogedora, que hemos aprovechado para desayunos inolvidables y cenas muy acogedoras. El último día han venido a despedirse los propietarios, y han sido super amables, no tenemos más que opiniones positivas sobre esta propiedad, 100 % recomendable, deseosos de repetir.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir alle (7) haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Haus und auf dem Grundstück genossen! Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten hat viele schöne Pflanzen, Bäume und Rasenflächen. Der Pool ist klasse!

Beautiful house in quiet spot with all amenities.

We enjoyed the big house a lot. The pool, the surrounding and the whole interior was super clean. The kitchen had everything you could ask for! We picked the fresh lemons from the garden and collected herbs for the tea. We would defenitely book again at Marie&Toni!

Super, schöne Finca

Wir waren für 8 Tage mit 7 Personen in dieser wunderschönen Finca. Sie ist perfekt ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt. Toller Aussenbereich mit großen Pool, Grill und Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit Toni und Maria lief über WhatsApp und Telefon perfekt. Bei Problemen haben Sie sofort alles in die Wege geleitet. Wir können die Finca ausnahmslos weiterempfehlen!!!

A lovely villa and pool in a peaceful location within easy reach of the most beautiful beaches.

An easy drive from the airport in a lovely and peaceful location. The owners met us on arrival and showed us around the villa and were so helpful in getting our holiday off to a great start. The villa, especially the kitchen, is fantastically equipped and felt like home straight away. Very comfortable beds and lovely modern bathrooms. All spotlessly clean. The pool is great and just far enough from the terrace to make it safe for kids and yet close enough to take full advantage of the bbq (one of the best we’ve used!) Porto Colom is a lovely port with a few lovely sandy swimming coves. But closer are the Cales Mallorcas beaches; bigger and wonderful. If you’re lucky Marcia won’t mind if you pick one of their limes for your G&Ts or a delicious persimmon. We had a fantastic holiday and won’t hesitate to return :) Thank you to Toni and Marcia.

Toller Urlaub!!!

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen hier. Die Räumlichkeiten reichen aber durchaus für mehr Personen aus. Große Küche, 2 große schöne Bäder und ein kleines Bad und auch die Schlafzimmer sind komfortabel. Eine sehr schöne, gepflegte und saubere Finca mit sehr guter Ausstattung. (Haben wir auch schon anders erlebt). Das beschauliche und hübsche Cala Murada ist schnell zu erreichen. Die Besitzer kümmern sich um alles, Kommunikation auf Englisch war sehr gut. Gute Erreichbarkeit der Besitzer über Handy / WhatsApp. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit diversen Kaltgetränken und frischen Ensaimadas begrüßt, sehr netter Empfang. Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen hier und können das Haus wirklich empfehlen.

Beautiful house and garden

We spent a week in this lovely house in the last week of April 2018. Both the garden and house are lovingly taken care of and very spacious. Loved the orange and lemon trees, the abundance of flowers, the fully equipped kitchen and the fantastic BBQ in the garden. The location is quiet and peaceful and not very far from a couple of very nice little port towns with good restaurants and shops. Toni and Maria are very nice and helpful. As we arrived quite late at the house, they supplied us with basics for our breakfast for the next day, which we very much appreciated - thank you again, dear Toni and Maria, what a warm welcome! Definitely a 5-star location - in warm weather... We were not so lucky and missed heating in the house. For this reason I deducted one star. Overall very recommendable!

Excellent, spacious, perfect family holiday home

The villa was beautiful, so well equipped with everything we could need for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. Everything about this family holiday home was so beautiful. When we arrived there was help from the owners and a lovely welcome. The house was immaculate. Swimming pool perfect(though a bit chilly!) the garden was great for the children and there were toys and games for them to explore. The villa is down a dusty track.. quiet and away from the main road but just 15 minutes drive to Cala Marcal a lovely, clean and sandy beach safe and easily accessed.. it was great for our family. We had a wonderful family holiday and I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for the kind of peaceful away from it all family time that we enjoyed.

Outstanding villa with wonderful owners!

We have not long returned from a 10 night stay at Toni & Maria's and must say that this villa is exceptional! We were a party of 6 (including an 8 and 4 year old) and the villa catered wonderfully to our needs. Toni & Maria greeted us warmly despite the late hour and kindly left a few provisions until we could visit the supermarket the following day. They were attentive, on hand if needed and Toni even kindly drove us to Porto Colom (10 mins drive) one evening for dinner and showed us where the local beaches were. The villa is beautiful and full of homely touches. The kitchen is well stocked in terms of cookware/serve-ware which made self catering very easy. There was even sugar, tea, coffee, oils and spices. The grounds are gated and secure so the children could explore safely and the pool and B&Q can be gated for extra reassurance. Beach towels are provided so no need to pack them and there are umbrellas and beach mats for you to borrow. The laundry room was a big help and we barely had any washing to do when we returned home. The nearest town is Porto Colom where you will find bars, restaurants, a deli and Eroski. It has a lovely marina which is lovely to stroll day or night. The whole holiday was very relaxing and the booking process, checking in/out and communication from Toni & Maria was fantastic. Should the opportunity arise, we would not hesitate in booking this villa again.

-- Schöne Finca ideal für Familien --

Im Juli 2017 haben wir eine Woche auf dieser schönen Finca verbracht. Das Haus liegt ruhig gelegen, da unmittelbar nur Felder an das Grundstück angrenzen. Der Garten ist gepflegt und groß genug für zwei Familien mit Kindern. Er bietet schöne Schattenplätze, einen tollen Poolbereich und die Aussatttung des Hauses lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Kurz gesagt, wir haben auf der Finca eine tolle Zeit verbracht, wer entspannen möchte ist hier genau richtig!!

Liebevoll geführte Finca mit Charme !!!

Wir waren im Juni für 14 Tage in der Finca und absolut zufrieden. Alles war sehr sauber und die Austattung ließ keine Wünsche offen ( selbst eine kleine Nespressomaschine war im Schrank zu finden ). Die Gartenanlage war sehr gepflegt und gemütlich !! Der Pool sauber und groß. Die Besitzer sind sehr herzlich und bemüht. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit Getränken (Wein, Bier & Wasser) im Kühlschrank und Kuchen empfangen. Sogar frische Blumen standen auf dem Tisch. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen !!!

What a perfect vacation house - highly recommended!

We stayed 7 nights at Toni and Marias house in May 2017. And I must say we loved the time there. We were there with another couple, in total there were 4 kids below 6. Communication before booking and arriving was perfect: friendly uncomplicated and fast. Upon arrival (we were kindly allowed to arrive earlier than usual checkin - very much appreciated!) we were greeted by the owners. we were shown around in detail and also received some typical mallorcan pastries (Ensaimalladas) and some cold lovely drinks. Thanks for those - it was a beautiful gesture! What drew us most at first when we booked was a huge pool pool that was gated, so we wouldnt have to worry about kids drowning in the pool. but what we found was much more. Practically the barbecue was also gated, therefore no issue with fire and kids either. it is not a vacation house it is a real home. you can tell how tasteful everything is decorated but also how much is provided. There is a fully stocked kitchen with everything your heart could desire, all special electonic equipment (juicer, coffee machines, toaster, kettle, etc.) even a huge paella pan (which we used of course). Spices, oil, vinegar were available.There were also childrens toys and some beach items there for our use. Everything was thought out well. The layout of the house indeed is different as the living room and one bathroom and one bedroom are upstairs, everything else downstairs. But it was easy to get used to. There is even an outside house for the laundry and a car port for parking your car in the shade. The garden is beautiful and large. Kids are able to potter about, discover the fenced property, and we simply enjoyed the gardens that are so beautifully maintained. The views from the upper balconies was lovely especially in the mornings. Lots of birds around, chirping away. There were lemons in the trees, fresh rosemary, thyme and laurel that could be used for cooking. For shopping groceries we most often drove to Felanixt (Eroski), few times to Portocolom (selection is a bit limited there) and sometimes to Campos (Mercadonna) if we could be bothered. There are nearby beaches although (Sa Nau, Cala Romantica about 14 min away each). Admittedly though we spent most time around the house as it was so peaceful and beautiful (yes despite 4 kids ;)). To cut to the chase: I can only recommend this vacation house to anyone who is interested. Maria and Toni are wonderful hosts - ever approachable. Thank you so much!

Beautiful location and villa, fabulous owners

If you want a holiday to always remember it's this one! The villa is absolutely beautiful and so well equipped, the pool and gardens are also maintained to the highest standard as well. The owners Toni and Maria are one of the nicest couples we have ever met. They are so welcoming and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble for them. We stayed for over a month at this beautiful villa, the location is idyllic and peaceful. Our three children enjoyed the holiday so much. The beds are very comfortable and the villa was spotless when we arrived. Everything you would possibly need is in this villa. Majorca is a pretty island with lots of fun things to keep the children occupied. Thank you once again Toni and Maria for making our long stay so pleasurable I hope we meet this lovely couple again one day. Xxxxxxxxxx

Super Urlaub!

Wir waren im Juni 2016 mit 2 Familien in der Finca und waren alle total begeistert. Wir wurden von Maria und Toni sehr nett mit Gebäck empfangen. Der Pool ist wirklich wunderschönen Pool, welchen die Kinder nach unserer Ankunft sofort ausprobieren mussten. Eine Kiste mit Strand- und Wasserspielzeug war für sie vorhanden worüber sie sich sehr freuten. Zudem ist genügend Platz zum Spielen und Toben rund ums Haus für die Kids da. Den Poolbereich konnten wir durch einen Zaun absperren, sodass die Kinder nicht allein hinein konnten. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und hat alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist etwas speziell, weil 3 Zimmer im EG sind (eines davon außerhalb) und 1 Zimmer im OG liegt. Aber das haben wir gut aufgeteilt bekommen. Mit dem Auto gelangt man von dort schnell an mehrere sehr schöne Strände und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt. Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Urlaub dort und werden sicher nochmal wiederkommen.
