Villa Gonçalo is located on the Silver Coast in the parish of Nadadouro. A 5-minute drive from Europe's largest and most beautiful lagoon, the "Óbidos Lagoon," is where you can enjoy a variety of water sports.
It sleeps 6 people and has 1,200 m2 of land, providing excellent parking and ideal for a delicious barbecue.

The villa has 3 bedrooms with double beds.
It has a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with cable TV, and a kitchen with an oven.
Electricity, water, gas, sheets, and bath towels are included. The backyard has 2 olive trees, 2 loquat trees, an orange tree, and a pear tree. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy some of Europe's best courses at Serra D'Rei, a 20-minute drive away.

Upon arrival, you'll receive a welcome basket with a bottle of wine, cheese, and bread, for stays of at least one week.

Peaceful location with all we needed, with good access, by car, bus (during the week in winter) and foot to the lagoon and beach. Property owner and family close by were very friendly and helpful when we had any questions. Plenty of room for the children to run around.

Nice and cosy house, children-friendly playground

We really enjoyed staying in this house, clean and cosy with enough room for 3 small children. The children played a lot on the playground outside in the evenings and in the mornings when it was not too hot. We enjoyed eating outside while watching the children playing. Quiet neighborhood, we had some lovely bicycle rides and jogging in the forest.

Très bonne location proche de tout

Nous avons été très bien reçus par les propriétaires qui ont été à l'écoute. Le logement est très spacieux et a toutes les commodités ; il est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour : proximité de la plage (5 mn en voiture) et de la ville avec son marché tous les matins et plusieurs grandes surfaces (moins de 10 mn en voiture). Nous recommandons cette location pour découvrir le centre du Portugal et surtout Lisbonne et Sintra.

Pour débuter, je tiens à souligner la gentillesse des proprios.En plus, ils sont très bien sructurés, rien ne manquait: vaisselle, literie, documentation, chauffage...La description sur le site est conforme à la réalité. Je n’hésiterais pas à recommander cette maison à ma famille et à mes amis et elle est très bien située.

Hallo! Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr,sehr zufrieden. Es war sehr sauber und es gab in Form von Wein,Brot und Käse ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk. Das fanden wir sehr aufmerksam. Zum relaxen lädt der Außenbreich u.a. mit der Hängematte ein. Unsere 3 Kinder hatten auch genug Platz um mal draußen zu spielen. Auch das Auto stand nicht im freien :-) Die Vermieter sind sehr nette, freundliche Menschen. Wir empfehlen es auf jedenfall weiter! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Maison idéale pour des vacances au portugal

Maison idéale pour des vacances au portugal. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et disponible. Idéalement située proche de la mer et de tous les commerces dans un quartier très calme. Elle est entièrement équipée même pour des enfant en bas age. Les alentours sont magnifiques : le lagon la grande plage et toutes les villes autours. Je conseil vivement cette location et je pense y retourné dès que possible.

Au calme...

Accueil charmant de Nelson et de son épouse avec une petite attention très appréciée La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée, la terrasse et le jardin sont agréables. Le village est très calme, on se croirait au bout du monde. Pourtant, on est proche de beaucoup de sites intéressants : plages de Foz de Arelho (10 mn), de Sao Martinho do Porto (20 mn) ou de Nazaré (30 mn) ; village d'Obidos (15 mn) , monastères d'Alcocaba et de Batalha, etc.... Bref, il y a de quoi faire ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Maison simple et fonctionnelle à proximité des plages, des vagues et des sites historiques

L'annonce décrit bien le logement et son environnement. Le logement est situé dans un bourg rural avec réveil le matin par le chant des coqs avec peu de circulation et donc à l'écart de l'agitation estivale. La maison est fraiche en été ce que nous avons apprécié car la température extérieure atteignait certain jour les 35 degrés. Vous êtes à deux pas de la lagune d'Obidos: accès en course à pied le matin ou en vélo en toute quiétude. Les eaux de la lagune ne sont pas froides comme sur la côte et vous pouvez pratiquer différents sports nautiques pour débuter en toute quiétude. Vous êtes à deux pas des sites naturelles de Nazaré, Peniche, Ericeira ....mais aussi des sites historiques d'Obidos, de Sintra, d'Alcobaça, de Coimbra,..et de Lisbonne qui est à moins d'une heure en voiture. Vous pouvez déguster pour moins de 10 euros de délicieux poissons frais grillés dans des restaurants typiquement portugais voir moins selon les endroits avec un dessert accompagné d'un vin blanc du Portugal servit à table pour 7 à 8 euros y compris à Nadadouro à 5 minutes de la maison. Enfin les propriétaires sont charmants, sympathiques et très gentils. Vous êtes accueillis avec du pain du fromage et du vin. Ils sont très serviables et répondent à vos demandes avec empressement. La ville de Caldas est à 5 minutes en voiture et vous trouvez de grandes surfaces comme en France pour faire vos courses, un marché au légume au centre ville et en périphérie au-dessus une foire le lundi matin où nous avons pu trouver du miel d'Eucalyptus de Caldas à 7 euros le Kg. En bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille "nombreuse": nous étions 6 adultes. Logement à recommander.

La casa esta equipada y preparada totalmente para pasar una bonita estancia, no le falta de nada, esta todo muy limpio. El propietario es muy amable y atento, nos trato muy bien. Lo recomiendo para familias con niños ya que tienen un jardin estupendo donde lo pasan muy bien. La zona es muy bonita, merece la pena

Óptimo para famílias com filhos pequenos!

Muito bom para famílias com filhos: temos dois rapazes, um com 6 anos e outro com 2 anos que gostaram muito do espaço. A casa tem tudo o que é necessário. A zona é muito pacífica e a vizinhança amigável, bom para quem quer estar afastado de tudo, já que mesmo a rede de telemóveis praticamente não funciona. Há uma carrinha vendedora de pão ao domicílio diariamente por volta das 10h, o que foi óptimo. A praia está a 5min de carro. Só foi pena termos apanhado mau tempo na semana que aí estivemos. :(

Lovely clean house in a safe neighborhood

I was very happy with my stay in the Villa, it was the same as in the pictures and very clean and spacy. The owners were very friendly and nice. The house is located in a calm neighborhood, feels very safe and good location to visit the most beautiful places in Portugal: Obidos Lagoon is very close and it's a beautiful place to explore, Foz do Arelho is also located nearby and you can spend great times on a sandy beach and surf, lovely town Caldas da Rainha is 5 km away and it offers all the shops and other utilities that you need. Great place for families or other travelers who want safe environment and bigger space to enjoy and relax. I would recomend a stay in the Villa, but I would suggest you rent a car because the public transport in general is not so good in Portugal (exept Lisbon and Porto).

Passagem de Ano

Eu e um grupo de amigos alugamos esta vivenda para a passagem de ano, e todos gostamos muito do estado em que encontramos a casa. É muito agradável. Possui todas a condições necessárias para passar lá uns bons dias de férias. O dono é uma pessoa muito simpática. Recomendo.

A Vivenda é muito simpática tem muito espaço dentro e fora é muito boa para férias em família. A aldeia é muito pacata e a Lagoa de Óbidos está logo a li a poucos km. Cumprimentos ao Proprietário pois foi sempre muito simpático
