Some of the pictures need to be updated (for the better) for the listing. House was clean. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked. Having the golf cart included was a plus. We had no issues at all and we enjoyed our stay.

Cute house, perfect for our family of 5!

Good size house with room for 4 adults and one child. Clean, with comfy beds. Golf cart was great to get to pool, park and beach. Owner was a pleasure to communicate with. Check in was easy. We'd like to stay here next year, if we decide to come back to MB. Thank you for sharing your home!

Nice neighborhood close to beach

The home was nice but could have been a little cleaner. A couple of the bathrooms need to be updated some. Enough about what was not great about the place. Lets talk about what was good. The place was roomy and had a really large master bedroom. The outdoor shower was nice after being at the beach. Having a golf cart is the only way to get around, my boys especially liked the golf cart to get around. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Nice place to stay if you are not to picky about everything being perfectly clean.

Very nice and well maintained/ stocked 3 bedrooms/3 full baths.

We had an awesome vacation. The home met all our needs. 3 bedrooms/ 3 full bathrooms. Stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, porch. Everything needed. With food prices so high, we cooked at home more than going out. All pots/ utensils were there to meet our needs. Definitely recommend this home. Communication was great with owners. Thank you!!

We will return to Oceanside Village

We enjoyed our stay here at Oceanside Village, Tim the owner of the house was very pleasant to deal with, answered any questions we had promptly! The house was furnished very well, in a great location! Bedrooms are huge, three minutes from the beach, and grocery store right across the street! We will be beach next year Tim thanks for everything! Myrtle Beach never disappoints!

Great family house

We loved the house and golf cart! Found everything neat and comfortable. House has all the comforts of home! My only complaint is the cameras at the doors… I felt uneasy about the possibility of being watched on vacation. Other then that we loved everything about the rental and we love the location and town of surfside beach.

Thank you for your review. I am so glad that your family enjoyed your stay at our house. We have worked very hard to make our home clean, safe, and comfortable. As for our cameras, rest assured that they are not monitored, but only would be used in the case of an incident outside our house.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed. We had one small problem that was immediately taken care of by the owner Tim. The House had everything that we needed but wish they had a better grill. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great Beach House!!!

We loved Tim’s Beach House. Everything was spotless, cabinets well stocked and loved the decor!!! The addition of the extra master bedroom and bath were fantastic!! We did not want to leave!!! Tim was very east to talk with when we had a question. Overall it was amazing!!

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed this home very much. It was clean and comfortable. The two master suites were perfect for us. We had everything we needed and the owner was great to work with. The community is very nice and quiet. People were friendly and it felt safe there. The private beach parking was wonderful. This is definitely a place to come back to.

Beach trip

Our family and friends had a wonderful experience renting this property. The house is very nice and well maintained. The property owner was great about communicating. Having the golf cart included in the rental was awesome. I definitely recommend this property and will stay again.

Loved the place

The Owner was so nice and responsive. The directions for locating the property were the best I’ve ever seen. The property was nice and spacious. Everything was well organized and thought out. We will definitely be back.

Great Vacation Home

I came with my daughter, her husband and kids and my other two grandsons and the house was so perfect for us! The house was really nice and we loved how it has 2 master bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Owner was so nice and always responded back quickly when we had questions! We would love to stay here again!

Everything was really nice. Short drive to pool and beach. Beds were comfy. There was plenty of room for all of us between the three bedrooms and three baths. The porch was amazing to sit on in the evening. The people who work the hate are super friendly as well

Unanimous family vote that it was best MB vaca yet

Thank you Tim for coming through for us on a great vacation house. It was my husband and I plus our 13 yr old son, 8 yr daughter, 7month old baby and 25 yr old sister of mine. We loved the amount of space, the flooring, the master suite away from rest of house was perfect for my husband and I and our 7month old baby girl. Plenty of room for her play pen. The king bed in our room was most comfortable but I would def need a topper next time for all the beds. The closets were great,everything we needed for kitchen was there. The flat screens and surround sound were awesome! The porch was beautiful. And of course the golf cart is the best! Every owner that rents out their house should invest in a golf cart so we were greatful you do! Thanks again.

Great Beach Home

This was our 3rd time staying at this home. We absolutely love it! The new addition (2nd Master) really makes this home! We had plenty of room, and the house was very clean. We are looking forward to staying there next year!

Great Owner!

We have stayed at this house four different times. The development is awesome, with great swimming pools, basketball courts, a library, playground and private access to the beach. We always feel safe and have a great time. The owner of this house is available and easy to work with. The house itself is a breeeze to maintain while enjoying your vacation. It is comfortable and has great ammenities (we especiallly enjoy the internet access and golf cart). Don't spend your vacation anywhere else!

Vacationed July 30th -Aug 6th from Ohio. We had a wonderful time. Very clean and comfortable. Photos were very accurate. Price was beyond amazing. Golf cart was definately a plus. location was great, 2 minute gold cart ride to the ocean. Short distance from many area attractions. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood, great for the kids. We will definately return next year. I recommend for families of all ages. I am 34, husband 37, with children 5 and 11. Had a great time. See you next year... And Thank you very much.

Competely pleased!

This was our first stay at Oceanside Village and I have to say it was an extremely joyous and relaxing stay for myself,my wife and our two children. This home is nestled into and area of the dwellings which was extremely quiet and little traffic at all. Most of the traffic was that of the occasionally passing golf cart which you never would hear or see unless you were out on the wonderful covered front deck. Some things I would highly suggest are that you indeed rent the golf cart,visit the Conch Cafe on the beach access and while at the Conch Cafe for dinner my suggestion on the menu would be the blackened ribeye and shrimp and a side of sauteed mushrooms. Yummmmy! This home was very clean,very comfortable,and very cool on the hottest days. If we return next year this is where I'll be for sure!! Thanks to the owners for allowing us to enjoy this home.
