Rooms are clean, most of the basic needs are supplied. 15 mins walking distance from La Spezia Central train station where you get into Cinque Terre express. Also, there are nearby markets in 2 to 5 mins walking distance.

Beautiful La Spezia

Brenda and I had a great stay at Azzurra's apartment. Her place was perfect for our needs allowing us each a bed. Good location and Azzurra's Mom was very accommodating and friendly!!

This property is not wheelchair accessible. There are steps before accessing the elevator which is too small. No air conditioning and no fan in the unit. If you open windows, lots of insects including mosquitoes will come in as there are no screens in the windows. Currently, the building is under construction. Owners do not speak English but they are very kind. The rooms are big and the kitchen has all tools need for cooking.

This is a very nice place to stay. It was clean and well stocked. Two large bedrooms with one large bed each, a nice restroom and a nice kitchen. This is not a house as we thought, but rather a flat in a building. This is not a problem but I am writing it in this review to avoid confusions for future customers. The environment was not bad, but there was construction in the building, which explains my 3 stars rarher than 5. The host is very nice and definitely tries to help, but we did not have a phone number where to text and communication through the vrbo system was not optimal because the system did not update immediately (this was a problem when we arrived and could not find the place). Moreover, different ways to access the vrbo account led to different views of the messages, some of which were missing in one of the views. Overall, I highly recommend this place but it is good to be aware of these logistic issues.

Notre pied à terre pour les Cinque terre

Logement impeccable, bien entretenu et equipé. Des commerces d'appoint aux alentours et la gare de La Spezia à 15 min à pied. La voiture dort dans la résidence.Attention à l'arrivée, le numéro 91 n'est pas sur le pignon de la rue, mais à l'interieur de la residence.Le point de repère est le bureau de poste.

Appartement bien situé pour visiter les cinq terres. Bus et trains à proximité. Le logement ne comprend qu'1 seule chambre. Les autres couchages se situent dans le séjour avec 2 canapés convertibles. pas de douche mais une baignoire. Très propre.

Très bon séjour dans la maison d'Azzura

Azzura est adorable avant l'arrivée et à l'arrivée. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir une place de parking gratuite et l'appartement est dans une propriété privée sécurisée. Le logement est pratique pour rejoindre à pied la gare centrale de la Spezia pour visiter les Cinques Terres. Le logement est très propre et spacieux avec une terrasse. Il y a de quoi faire ses courses, pharmacie etc à une minute.

Emplacement en dehors du centre ville mais bien desservi par les transport bus toutes les 10 minute vers la gare et le centre ville. Endroit très calme avec à proximité des commerces. Appartement propre et spacieu avec balcon . Je recommande .

Heerlijke basis voor het ontdekken van Cinque Terre

Het huis is een heerlijke plek om van daaruit Cinque Terre te bezoeken. Het is ca.15 minuten lopen naar La Spezia Centraal, waar vandaan, met grote regelmaat, treinen naar de dorpjes van Cinque Terre rijden. Het huis is compleet en comfortabel. Wij waren er tijdens de extreme hitte in Italië in juli 2023, daardoor hebben we wel een airco gemist, maar verder hebben we heerlijk genoten van het huis. Het contract met Azzurra en haar moeder was prettig. Parkeren is gratis in de straat, achter een slagboom waar je een sleutel voor krijgt. Voelt veilig, vooral omdat we toch een deel van onze spullen nog in de auto hadden liggen.

die kaffemaschine ist eine italienischer Espresso kocher nur zur info wenn jemand auf deutschen kaffe besteht es war aber Espresso in der Wohnung vorhanden. leider hat der kühlschrank nicht richtig gekühlt (haben aber Vermieter schon darauf hingewiesen und denke er wird dies beheben). zum duschen ist es auch ein bisschen blöd da es keine duschstange gab ( vielleicht wird da auch noch etwas gemacht) meinen Mann hat das nicht gestört jedem das seine. Ansonsten kann man nicht wirklich nicht meckern wenn man die italienischen Verhältnisse kennt und man muss auch die Lage und das Preisleistungsverhältnis betrachten.

Un petit peu surpris par l'immeuble un peu vieillot mais agréablement surpris par la propreté intérieure dans les communs, ainsi que l'appartement. Super bien situé à 1/4 d'heure de la gare, épicerie et pain à proximité, ainsi que des pizzeria. Très bon accueil par la maman de la propriétaire. Et merci à ABRITEL sur qui nous avons pu compter l!
