Luis and his wife are very welcoming and friendly hosts. They explained a lot about the region, restaurants and hikings. We felt very comfortable at the apartment with a great seaview balcony and private roof terrace. And the price was unbeatable. Also the apartment had very good heating possibilities. We needed that much, because the weather was unlikely cold. We can recommend this place by heart.
As you enter the apartment, you have this beautiful view.

El propietario muy amable.La ubicación es genial, en segunda linea de playa lo que hace que haya una brisita super agradable por las noches.La terraza de arriba es perfecta para tomar el sol o para tomarte algo tranquilamente din que nadie moleste.Por poner una pega: un segundo sin ascensor...pero las escaleras son bastante comodas de subir.

Great apartment , fabulous roof terrace , host & friendly area to stay

We stayed two weeks in the clean spacious apartment. Had everything you needed for a relaxing break. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice balcony with table & chairs off lounge cracking views to the sea across the road. Air conditioning in lounge and main bedroom. Blackout shutters to all rooms which was great. Your own Washing machine and private roof terrace with stunning views across the surrounding areas and sea. Parking easy. Very friendly neighbourhood. Great base for exploring area. Lots of towels and bedding. Luis then host could not of done more to make us feel welcome would highly recommend and will stay again. Thank you

Nice week

Good apartment. Close To the sea with beautifull view. Terras on roof perfect. Maybe some new seats is recommended on the terras.Rooms clean and all have airco. Luis and family helped and we're very friendly. We had a very pleasant relaxing stay.

Ein Traum

Alles genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und besser. Man ist schnell beim Einkaufen, am Strand und in der Stadt. Ruhige Lage mit freundlichen Nachbarn. Der Vermieter ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, gab uns auch Tips zu Veranstaltungen und war bei jeder Frage da. Tip top sauber und gepflegt, wir geben 12 von 10 Punkten. Vielen Dank, lieber Luis und Conchita, ihr habt diesen Urlaub für uns zu etwas ganz besonderem gemacht.

Unos días tranquilos en un buen ambiente

El apartamento está muy bien situado y es luminoso y bonito. Cuenta con todo lo necesario y las camas son muy cómodas. Luis, su propietario, es muy atento y está pendiente de que no falte nada. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en Carboneras.

This apartment is perfectly placed in sight of the North Beach of Carboneras. It's also an easy walk for any shopping. Luis is a very friendly and diligent host. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

Bonito apartamento

Nos ha encantado todo en el apartamento , está muy limpio y no le falta de nada, es muy agradable y confortable, .El colchón y las almohadas son cómodos y te permite descansar bien escuchando las olas del mar que está a 20 pasos escasos de la casa . Tiene unas vistas frontales al mar preciosas y desde la azotea privada de arriba incluso son aún mejores las vistas del mar y de todo Carboneras, Se puede ir andando hasta el centro del pueblo ,a comprar ,o a tomar algo ,con un pequeño paseito tienes todo cerca . Cuando volvamos por Carboneras sin duda volveremos al apartamento de Luis , que es un anfitrión atento, amable ,explicando todos los funcionamientos de cada electrodoméstico , y en todo momento disponible por si hay algún problema .Han sido unas vacaciones de 10

Sehr schön

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auf dem Balkon frühstücken und die Aussicht auf das nahe Meer genießen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Auch die Küchenausstattung ist gut und vollständig. Wenn man nicht zum Strand möchte kann man auch auf der Dachterasse sonnen. Auch dort hört man die Wellen und der Ausblick ist natürlich auch fein. Die Betreuung durch Luis war herzlich und informativ. Wenn man etwas braucht oder bei Problemen ist er schnell da und hilft weiter.

El apartamento es cómodo ,la terraza y el solárium es privado ,las camas muy cómodas echamos de menos un ascensor para subir y bajar el equipaje , vistas espectaculares al mar aunque la playa de baño queda un poquito alejada ya que delante hay mucha piedra a unos 5 minutos en coche . Por lo demás la comunicación con Luis todo de 10 .sitio tranquilo para pasar unos días de descanso

We had a wonderful month in this apartment in Carboneras. It is perfectley located with an fantastic seaview. The apartment was very nice, Clean and neaty and well furnitured and equipped. We apprecieated the roofterrace very much. Our host Luis was very helpful and friendley. The times we needed something extra he was always very kind and helpful. We would love to come back. Große und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in guter Lage.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus, verfügt über 3 Zimmer, Bad, Küche, zwei Balkone und eine eigene Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Ausstattung ist hell und freundlich mit einer Heizung (Klimaanlage, Radiatoren) und reicht auch für einen langen Aufenthalt im Winter. Der Vermieter Luis war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Die Infrastruktur in Carboneras ist sehr gut. Ausflüge in den Naturpark Cabo de Gata sind von dort sehr gut möglich. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.
