What a beautiful villa! Large grounds, great pool and pretty gardens, and the view is just perfect. Inside we had everything we needed too. Both bedrooms have air con and the kitchen very well equipped. The host Andrea was so helpful from the start to the finish of our holiday. If you want a very private, secluded, home from home, and dont mind driving to nearby villages, this is the place. It was truly magnificent. Thank you so much, we'll be back!

Peace and wildlife

We had an amazing stay at the villa and loved being surrounded by wildlife. Hummingbird moths, swallowtail butterflies, geckos, lizards, hedgehog, stoat, vultures and barn owls. It's 30m to chania and 13mins to a decent supermarket. The house had everything we needed and was comfortable. The pool was very refreshing. A 15 min hike takes you to the ancient olive tree and cafe.

Fantastique séjour !

L’éndroit est un petit coin de paradis. Le panorama est à couper le souffle, la maison possède un charme très spécial. L’équipe en charge de la location est aux petits soins !

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Theodoros! We were welcomed by our lovely host Andrea and left with lovely welcome pack. The house has great views of the ocean and olive trees. It is beautifully decorated and well equipped with all you will need. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing property

Nous sommes restés une semaine à la villa Theodoros et avons eu un peu de mal à repartir tellement nous y étions bien. Vue à couper le souffle, maison bien équipée, piscine et ses abords relaxants, emplacement calme et bien située pour les visites. Franchement, un bel endroit que nous recommandons vivement.

A place to be!!!! CRETE!!!

Spectactular panoramic sea view surrounded by olives groves in this property. The villa was beautiful painted in colors of white and blue windows , such a summery feeling, at the same time a traditional house full of flowers! The view from the balcony amazed us!!!!the private pool was excellent. Everything was fantastic and we do recommend this villa!!!!!

Top location with superb views!

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay at Villa Theodoros. The location is really excellent with fantastic views in all directions (the villa is located on top of a ridge). The best views ever we had on Crete! The house is very pleasant and convenient inside. The pool is of an excellent quality and the garden is lovely. You live between birds, crickets and butterflies. It's also a very good location to visit the western part of Crete (Elafonisi, Balos, Chania, a lot of nice gorges, mountains, ...). Restaurants and stores are reachable in 10-15 minutes by car (Travonitis, Kolimbari). The reservation and planning with the manager Fabio was fluid. No problems at all. And friendly Steve and Sam kept pool and house clean. We recommend without hesitation and thanks also to the owners to build this nice house.

Great Villa!

This villa is in a stunning location with amazing views. It is not overlooked and in a very rural area, at the end of an un-made up road. Good location for exploring the west of the island. The swimming pool is fabulous .There are lots of terraces and seating areas so you can be in sun or shade whenever you want. The villa is very well equipped inside with pretty much everything you could ask for and a really useful welcome pack on arrival.The sea and mountain view is unforgettable!

Very Beautiful and lovely house!

There are no words to describe the beauty of this villa and our wonderful holiday spent in Crete and in this lovely house! The villa is ideal for 4 people with a lovely pool with breathtaking sea view and view of the typical green hills of Crete of Olives.The owner is aver nice person and always available for everyhting in case of neeed.Super the outdoor kitchen with bbq! We would reccomand this house to everybody, do not miss it if you will go in Crete and also is located in a strategic position to go to the best beaches of Balos,Elafonissi,Falasarna.We will back soon!

Very nearly Perfect

Villa Theodoros is located a couple of hundred metres above sea level nestling in the hills surrounded by olive groves. The villa is not overlooked yet offers stunning views down to the sea. The villa is well built and furnished with a fantastic covered area for the outside dining table which also includes a massive BBQ built in. The pool is a good size although does not have a shallow end as it has a uniform depth of just over 5ft. A 10 minute stroll back down the track to Ano Vouves where the famous olive tree is will bring you to the Taverna which is run by a family and whilst it may look a bit sleepy the service is fantastic and the food superb - it is rustic Cretan home cooking - if you don't eat there you are really missing out. Within easy driving reach are the beaches of Falassarna and Elafonisi which must not be missed. On the way to Kastelli as you drive down the road from the direction of Kolimbari lookout for Nopigia beach and enjoy the almost secret beach with a Taverna on it - almost as good as the secret beach at Afrata. A great holiday ! The bad bits - only one really. The internet is provided by a Wi-Fi dongle that guests have to purchase a 'top up' for. Either Vodafone or the Dongle are broken as we actually only got a fraction of the data we'd paid for. The villa owners are now aware and I'm sure they will sort this out quickly. Danny & Family
