We are happy to know that our guests have enjoyed their stay. The first time we hear someone had difficulty locating the very well marked parking space, inside the building next to the elevator to access the apartment . We do not supply Coffee , Tea or sugar as this is a self catering apartment.

We are delighted to know that our guest enjoyed their stay in our apartment. He mentioned some maintenance noise in the gardens. We were not aware of it. It is expected in communities to do their maintenance work in the low season.

Our valued guests enjoyed the location of the apartment to relax and to use as a home from home base. We are delighted that their holiday was so enjoyable and that they appreciated all that our apartment and Club Plays del Duque has to offer.

We are happy to see our apartment met the expectations of out guest and hope they will stay in one of apartments again in the future, they were great guests! The view from the balcony is over the Andalucian fountain, pool and gardens of Club Playas del Duque with sun on the balcony in the morning. We do have other apartments which offer all day sun on their balconies but our guest chose this particular apartment.

We are happy our valued guest enjoyed their holiday and would like to return to stay in one of our apartments again. They were great guests and we appreciate their 5 STAR review along with their kind recommendation to friends. In the apartment there is a hard copy folder with all the necessary instructions for living in the apartment and for enjoying the area. Furthermore, there are laminated sheets for the straight forward operation of the TV and Satellite box next to the TV. We don't include the cost of our high speed fibre optic WiFi in the rental cost to keep the rental price economical as some of our guests do not wish to use it. The noise that our guest is referring to was not from a nightclub but rather from a rogue party boat that had dropped anchor near our development and thankfully was quickly urged to leave the area. You would not experience any noise from nightclubs when staying in any of our apartments.

We are delighted you enjoyed your holiday and hope that the unusual weather won't deter you from holidaying in one of our apartments again in the future. It was such a shame that the weather was inclement in May after we had just had the most amazing amount of sunshine right through from summer 2015 up to to these 2 weeks in May . Our email is manned in our absence so as to give our guests the reassurance that we care and being mindful of our guests' presence regardless of the their correspondence being urgent or not. Fortunately, you found plenty of entertainment in the apartment...hi speed and unlimited wifi, novels, board game and the huge selection of TV channels including kids programmes. Also fortunate is that our location is so central for all amenities, Marina Puerto Banus, businesses, and stores, and not forgetting our garden gate opening out on to the beach. Our tropical gardens which have won awards, offer shade via the canopied trees or full sun by the pools. There are streams and lily ponds nestled in between the colourful Bird of Paradise flowers too. We have taken your comments on board and not had feedback before regarding the lack of a welcome pack. We agree, it is helpful when staying in hotels to find biscuits, water & beverages in the room if there is not a shop or supermarket nearby but we are a self catering business with a 24 hour supermarket on site. As we own 5 apartments and particularly as we do have the 24 hour supermarket on site, it helps us to reduce our costs for clients if we do not leave a welcome pack. In the past, we have experienced many guests who haven't used our welcome packs or complain that the wrong tea / coffee / milk was included. Our guests arrive from all over the world and have varying tastes for the most simplest of things. To compensate for not leaving a welcome pack, we do include, dish washer tablets, some cleaning products and soap at no extra charge which after some research, the majority of our previous guests preferred the cleaning pack over the welcome pack.
