Less than 15 minutes walk to downtown Belize and to the water taxi to go to the Cayes. Along Barrack Road, 3 blocks away, is the BTL park if you are looking for a quiet evening to just sit and relax by the seaside. At the Princess Hotel, along Barrack Road, is the Casino & movie theater. Behind the Princess Hotel, is Calypso Bar & restaurant and night club.

I purchased this property because my mother wanted to return to Belize. She died approximately two years later.

The property is located in a working class area with accessibility to many conveniences such as the supermarkets, pharmacy, hardware stores, park, casino, night clubs, restaurants, churches, hospital and soccers field. Within 20 minutes walking distant from the water taxis to the Cayes.
