Mixed experience
We spent ten days in one of the apartments offered for rent.
This apartment was found via the Abritel application, via filters provided to refine our search.
Our experience is mixed.
Among the good points, the reception staff are very pleasant.
The location of the apartments makes excursions around Lake Garda perfect, or further inland (Verona, Venice).
Regarding the negative points, they can be explained mainly by the fact that we had apartment 12, but these disadvantages spoiled part of our experience.
The apartment is not well isolated, so we can easily hear music from the restaurant, such as noise from neighbors, or the garages.
The garden is shared with the neighbors, and the golf course is regularly tended early in the morning. Nights can therefore be short if you are a light sleeper.
The installations inside the apartment would also deserve a little refreshment (a few examples: the gas does not work, you need a lighter provided at the reception; it is necessary to buy basic equipment on arrival in the room, to be able to do the dishes or cook).
A final point is that there may be a difference between the service presented when booking in the application (Abritel) and what is offered as standard. But the discussion with the correspondant helps to fix most of them.
In summary, mixed experience but possibly explained by the choice of the apartment
