family vacation

though the temps were a record breaking highs the AC never skipped a beat, the beach was easily within walking distance but not on 100 degree days. we drove to the beach every day, which was easily done as there are many beach access point with parking close by. the pool was use every day with no issues. the house came well stocked as advertised.

Family Summer Vaca

We stayed for a week in July and had a fabulous time. Very central location, it’s easy to get anywhere. The golf course being right there is very beautiful. The pool is delightful and fun and the backyard cabana area is perfect. I appreciate the abundance of towels, it was great not to pack any. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect Family Vacation House

Property is very well maintained and close to lot of fun activities, unique eating places, and the beach! House is well supplied with all of the necessities. Heated pool is a plus at the time of year that we were there. Owners were great to communicate with and all check in and check out procedures were laid out and easy. Would definitely highly recommend this area in Kitty Hawk and this property!

Beach Escape

This property was perfect for our family reunion. Lots of space for everyone. Wonderful pool, hot tub and all the beach equipment to enjoy a day at the beach.

Wonderful place

We had an amazing time at the Sea scape, the property was clean and had pretty much everything you’d need on your vacation. The host answered our our inquiries quickly and everyone in our family commented how beautiful the house was. Definitely recommended.

Great family get together space!

The space and layout of the house was fabulous, but it really needs a good cleaning and some updates/repairs both inside and out. The process with booking and communication with owner was great.

Wonderful week!

Family Getaway

The house was amazing! The pool time we shared making memories was also incredible! The kids got to see dolphins swimming in the ocean. It was just wonderful for all 14 of us be able to get together in one house.

Wow! What a wonderful house! We had a fantastic stay at great place! Definitely hoping to come back!

Great layout for large family including 3 dogs! Kitchen was awesome with everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving meal! Open living, dining, kitchen meant everyone could be together. The back yard was great for the dogs to play. Hot tub was great too!

Awesome vacation

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The house has a great layout for the big group, very well stocked. The outside area was a hit- pool with toys and floaties and covered patio with fridge and grill. There were a couple things that we brought to homeowner's attention, and we felt that they can be easily fixed for the next stay.

memorable vacation

We recently stayed at this property with 8 adults and 4 children, my entire family and there was plenty of room for all. The house is beautifully decorated and had alot of things to entertain all of us. the pool and hot tub was great. the game room and theater room kept the kids entertained. We had a great time.

Great Getaway During Pandemic

My family and I loved this house because it’s close to the beach, stores and bike trails. It’s roomy and very well stocked. The game room is lots of fun on a rainy day with a pool table, air hockey and foosball. The owners are friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend this house.

Fantastic house!

The house and property are very large, we had a group of 9 people and it was a very comfortable stay. The pool is great and the area around it very welcoming. The open floor plan between the kitchen, dining area and living room really makes it enjoyable and very easy to entertain. It was a short walk to a very nice section of beach (i would say about 7 to 8 mins). There are stores close by but the house is in a relatively quite section of the island in-between strip malls on the main road. The kitchen is stocked with many utensils and appliances (2 air fryers and a kitchen aid mixer to note) which was really great when it came time to make food!

We are very excited to share our home with other families and hope they love it as much as we do. I have been a hairdresser for 33 years and have owned my Salon/Spa for 30 years. We bought this home because of the floor plan, lots of room and lots to do in and out of the home. We love to entertain that is why we built the 3 story staircase so everyone would have easy access to the pool area and their bedrooms. We also built the awesome outdoor kitchen to grill and just relax by the pool.

When we were searching to purchase a home in the Outer Banks, we looked at many. This house felt like a home where all the others felt like rentals. We are located on the first hole of Seascape Golf Course. We offer a private pool and hot tub area. There is lots of room for larger families. Favorite areas of our home are the two porch swings, one facing the East and one facing the West, perfect for enjoying the sun or avoiding it.
