The property is well maintained and as advertised. The owner was flexible and very helpful when at the last moment we needed to add a pet to the reservation. The grouping of bedrooms, and the fact that each of the four king size bed rooms had their own attached bathroom, made all in our group very happy.

Great week in duck!

We had a wonderful time staying with family in this home. The house was very well stocked with everything you need to feel like your home away from home. Miranda was an excellent host, communication and working with use was top notch!

Wonderful home for our family of 13!

We brought the whole family (3 generations) to OXB for a vacation. This home, Duck and the whole OXB was magical, so many things to do and see. Miranda was amazing to work with, check in was a breeze. The Four Seasons Club amenities were fantastic, and the staff was very friendly. Beds were all comfy, kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals, plenty of space for all of us to spread out. A spectacular vacation and we hope to come back someday. Thank you!

Home Away From Home in Duck

This is a beautiful, well-equpped home in which my family felt very much at home. The location is perfect as it is within walking distance to beach and town of Duck. Also the home is very pet friendly - our dog was very happy there. There are so many entertainment options at the property and within the community that our family had alot of fun without having to go anywhere. Can't wait to return!

Spring Beach trip

We have been taking a spring beach trip for several years. We can work remote and bring our dogs. Our first time to Duck and we love the quaint town!

Great for kids

We had a great stay! The neighborhood is amazing. Great pools indoor and outdoor in the neighborhood (indoor was great for a rainy day). Easy bike or walk to the beach. We drove with all our stuff and there’s parking right at the beach as well. The house is well equipped and even has bikes, beach chairs, sand toys and a kayak. 5 minute walk from downtown Duck made it so easy to go out to eat whenever we wanted. Highly recommend this place.

Ducky at 40 and 6!

We stayed with friends and family for my 40th (which my son thought was for his 6th),…everyone had an amazing time - kids and adults! It’s the perfect location and a fabulous house. Our great host made us very welcome!

Family vacation

Beautiful, well maintained, well equipped vacation home for our yearly beach trip to OBX from PA. Lots of space, kids loved the pool, close to beach. Appreciated bringing our fur baby too!! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Fun for all!

Suited our family gathering perfectly. Very convenient to all amenities. Well supplied kitchen for cooking in, and loved that all BRs had en suite baths. Kids loved the pool. Walking distance to the beach, clubhouse and town.

Wow, I LOVED this house! I think the location is perfect!! We walked into town every day for coffee, it was wonderful! We didn’t have the best weather, but we played games and enjoyed family time! The kitchen was well equipped to make dinner every night and the beds were so comfortable!!

Great family vacation

Wonderful property! Nicely decorated and equipped. Great location with a short walk to both the beach and the town of Duck. Enjoyed the private pool every day! We would definately recomend both the area and the property.

This home is very nice. As pictured… Just different from the multiple VRBO or Air B&B that we have stayed at in the past. In all honesty, I did not review the rental agreement until about a week before our arrival date. Finding out through several emails, that the home is owned privately and does not come with the amenities we are accustomed to. So, BE AWARE…you have to bring your own towels.. Our family had never experienced this at any other listing.. When inquiring, we were told that most people drive to the Outer Banks and bring their own towels. We were coming from Colorado. No one in our group had room in their luggage for not only bath towels, but beach towels. I did review multiple other listings on the island upon hearing what the owner had to say and it was rare to find another home of this quality that did not provide towels,. Having to rent them at the last minute was just an unwanted surprise. With that hiccup behind us, we had a great time..The pool was, of course, a huge hit with the kids. Lots of beach toys…the wagon was really came in handy. Bikes for our entire group. The Four Seasons is a great community with something for everyone in our group….esp those that wanted to work out everyday.

Perfection

Willems Beach Club was perfect in so many ways (location, layout, amenities, etc). Eight of us (5 adults and 3 kids) stayed for the week and had plenty of space with room to spare. Miranda was proactive and responsive with her communication. Would definitely love to stay again!

Willems Beach Club

Very nice house, well equipped, clean and very comfortable, all bedrooms with their own bathroom, good pool and hot tub. We enjoyed staying at this property, we highly recommend it. The only suggestion would be to add an extra barbecue in addition to the existing small one, particularly if the group is larger than 8. Other than that, everything was great.

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful week at this property. The room layout was perfect for our families. It was spacious and we loved the en suite bathrooms in each room. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs, the community was fantastic and easy to navigate and close to the beach. Loved that we could walk to town. Thank you for a great, relaxing and fun week!
