フォンタネッラボルゲーゼ広場は、テヴェレ川とコルソ通りの間に挟まれたローマのエレガントなリビングルームの1つです。 広場の片側は、ナポレオンの妹パオリーナがかつて住んでいた堂々としたボルゲーゼ宮殿のファサードであり、もう一方にはローマ大学建築学部があります。 1947年以来、広場には特別な市場（日曜日を除く毎日営業）があり、箱やエディコラと呼ばれる20の小さな店がアンティークの地図、エッチング、ポスター、本、写真、カメラのコレクターの宝物を置いています。 そして、ナヴォーナ広場、スペイン階段、パンテオンから徒歩数分のところにある4階の広場の角に、エレベーター付きの居心地の良いアパートメントキッチンエリア付きのリビングルームで構成されたパノラマアパートがあります。リビングルームにダブルソファベッド1台、ダブルベッドルーム1室。 シャワー付きのバスルーム、さらに超大パノラマテラス。素晴らしい大きなパノラマテラス。 静か。 インターネットワイヤレス

Great location. Nice terrace. Everything else awful. Whole apartment dirty and in disrepair. Lighting very poor with some fixtures broken. Bathroom disgusting. Toilet seat broken and wobbled around. Cold water in sink would not turn off properly. Shower curtain stained and filthy. Washing machine did not work properly. Drying rack rusted and falling apart. Host unresponsive. The roof leaked in two places during a rainstorm drenching books and damaging items. We notified host but never got a response. I could go on …

An excellent small apartment for a couple. Clean with a wonderful terrace. It was close to all the sites a visitor likely would visit.

All about the Terrace

Great location, fabulous terrace with great views which we loved. Loved the rustic charm of the floor tiles both in the apartment and on the terrace. Francesco was extremely helpful at check-in. Apartment could be improved by removing doors to kitchen to make more accessible (in the small apartment, doors really get in the way when open) ideally with a bench opposite on the external wall (could be a mobile Ikea style trolley). Upgrade of electrical would be good (we could only find a couple of powerpoints that worked for charging and using appliances such as the iron). Would also be good to have a coffee table and extra chair in the living room. The umbrella sunshade needs to be repaired or replaced, Franceso kindly rigged it up for us as a temporary fix, otherwise we would not have been able to use the terrace during the day without it. Would be a five star rating if these things attended to.

What was not good

1. When staying at the terrace in the evening we had ligth from a strong projector directly against us from an appartment accross the street. 2. The freezer cannot lock due to ice. 3. The refrigerator cannot lock regulary. Lots of dirt around the door. 4. Water on the floor in the bathroom. Was fixed after 2 days. 5. Bad quality of chairs in the Living room. 6. The maddress in the shold be divided in two instead of one.

Très beau séjour à Rome

Emplacement parfait au cœur de la ville où tout peut se faire à pieds, à moins de 30 minutes. Emplacement très calme et la terrasse est vraiment un plus. Par contre, qualité des équipements électroménager entre autres (réfrigérateur -lave-linge, rideau roulant vélux de la chambre non ouvrable)à revoir.

Perfect location in Rome Metro

This place has so much history from the ceiling beams to the brick floors. The elevator (lift) is like taking you back in time. The shower is quiet small but my husband a larger man. The terrace has such pretty views and open for relaxing with drinks after Sightseeing all day. The location is perfect location. We were so close to one of the Hop On Hop Off Bus stations and close to all the restaurants and shops in the main area by the Spanish steps.

Beautiful and charming stay centrally located

This property was so cute and charming, communication and check-in was great! It seemed clean and well kept. The pictures reflect the space well. The best part by far is the huge terrace. We made a friend across the way with a local neighbor! The balcony is beautiful with plants, a great view and comfy seats. Great way to wind down at night & enjoy the September cooler weather. Keep in mind this is a charming vintage vibe apartment so if you love old and eclectic details then it’s perfect. The location is a perfect spot close to everything and easy to get around from. We took busses & walked everywhere, so easy. The apartment was quiet, AC worked well, all amenities needed were there. I could not figure out the washer, I think it was my own user error though. There was detergent which was so great and we just hand washed it was easy. Markets close by. The kitchen armoire was adorable & easy to use, perfect space for a few days to have breakfast in, coffee and snacks. The shower maybe needs a good scrub in the corners and you have to do quick shower if there’s a few people in a row as you’ll run out of hot water, but overall acceptable and not unlike other apartments we encountered in Europe. Overall for the price this was better than expectations and a perfect stay for my husband, our three year old and I. I highly recommend!

Great Place, Great Location, Great Stay

Favorite Things: That terrace is as it looks, and it was perfectly situated for writing and planning each morning. The A/C was easy to use and effective. The tiny glass elevator seemed purpose-built to transport a pair of tired sightseers home each night. Things to know: the tiny kitchen is built into the armoire pictured. It was perfect for coffee/breakfast, but tight for those who have never cooked dinner on a sailboat. The seagulls on the roof above the bedroom were apparently new parents. Francesco got us a second set of sheets for the fold out bed in the living room, for when the late-night feeding/squawking got too intense. Would stay again

Un petit bijou au cœur de Rome

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans ce très joli appartement, au charme ancien, au cœur de Rome, en dernier étage d’un très bel immeuble, très bien situé et pourtant très calme (à part les mouettes le matin !). La terrasse est magnifique ! 2 petits bémol qui pourraient être améliorés facilement : la douche n’est pas en très bon état, et le frigidaire non plus . Par ailleurs un renouvellement des ustensiles de cuisine et un torchon seraient appréciables . Ce sont des détails qui n’enlèvent rien à toutes les qualités de cet appartement dans lequel on reviendra volontiers !

Posizione ottima, bella terrazza, arredo inadeguato,riscaldamento garantito solo in una stanza

La posizione è ottima, in un bel palazzo, con ascensore sino al 5° piano. Bella la terrazza. Tutto il resto è inadeguato: l'appartamento è piccolo, i 53 mq. dichiarati sono comprensivi della terrazza, l'appartamento interno sarà di 20 mq. circa. Il divano letto in soggiorno brutto e trasandato, solo 4 sedie con cuscini sporchi in soggiorno. Biancheria da bagno per 5 giorni per 2 persone: 2 asciugamani e due teli da bagno, peraltro consunti e sfilacciati: nessuna salvietta da bidet, né un ricambio. Nessun asciughino per la cucina. In bagno non c'è riscldamento e neppure nella minuscola camera da letto matrimoniale. Il letto matrimoniale non consente l'apertura della porta , un solo comodino senza nessuna luce di cortesia per la notte: abbiamo dovuto spostare una lampada dal soggiorno, la finestra piccolissima non è praticamente apribile. Nessuna sedia per appoggiare abiti: abbiamo portato 2 sedie dal soggiorno in camera da letto, per cui in soggiorno sono rimaste solo 2 sedie. Anche in camera da letto non c'è riscaldamento. Il televisore in camera da letto, non in soggiorno: inoltre difficile da usare con accesso a isolo qualche canale. Nessun dépliant lasciato per spiegazioni, salvo che per la raccolta differenziata. Anche il frigo, minuscolo, non la balaustra per bottiglie, per cui il vino aperto non si sa come riporlo. 3 tazzine da caffé, un solo piattino. Inesistente il contatto con chi gestisce l'appartamento: ho inviato messaggi per chiedere biancheria supplementare, ma nessuno mi ha risposto. Dimenticavo: il vano doccia mancava di un'anta di chiusura, per cui l'acqua della doccia usciva fuori. Nonostante l'ottima posizione, l'esperienza di soggiorno è stata totalmente negativa: 704 euro per 5 giorni, No comment. Dimenticavo: l'angolo cucina è all'interno di un antico armadio, un solo lavello, spazi per cucinare praticamente ridotti al minimo.
