Self Check in Option. APARTMENT WITH ROOF TERRACE! Bright and lovely apartment with roof terrace. In the heart of the historic center of Rome near Piazza Navona and Pantheon, equipped with free wi-fi and air conditioning.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a historical building dated back to ‘600, with no lift. It can accomodate up to 5 people. The apartment has a living area with sofa convertible to a double bed, a small fully equipped kitchen, a wide bathroom with shower, a bright double bedroom with vaulted ceiling with frescos and a small single room. From the living room you can access to a roof terrace where you can admire the typical roman red roofs and enjoy a rich breakfast under the sun!

The apartment has another small terrace near the single room.

Tourist Tax € 6,00 person per night up to a maximum of 10 nights (children under 10 years of age are excluded)

Late check-in fee after 8:00 PM€ 25

Late check-in fee after 11:00 PM € 40

EXCELLENT location with a circuitous layout. The AC units were located such that one sleeping area didn’t get very cool, and the WiFi didn’t extend well throughout whole apartment.

This apartment was such an amazing find and centrally located to everything that we wanted to do! It had many cute terraces and was laid out enough to where everyone had their own space. Definitely would rent it again!

Host was very welcoming and were allowed to check in early. The home is walking distance to everything however be ready to climb some stairs to get to the room. We loved staying here, will definitely stay here again.

Can’t beat the location and we appreciated the communicative hosts. As advertised, it’s a long way up with no elevator. It’s really a 1BR unit with a single bed in a hallway alcove as the second BR. But it worked fine for my family of 3.

Beautiful apartment

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious and clean. The location is great. Right across from the beach and walkable to cafes, Old Nice and The Castel hike with the waterfall and beautiful views.

Perfect location

The apartment was in a fabulous location, close to everything. We liked that it was quiet and plenty of space. The 4 flights of stairs were a little daunting at first but fine after a day or so! The place was immaculate I only wish we had a few more towels. The communication with everyone was excellent. Thank you!
