Children's pool. In the complex: lift. Shop, restaurant, café 50 m, sandy beach "La coudoulière" 100 m, park "Domaine de la Coudoulière" 50 m, lake Domaine de la Coudoulière 50 m. Sports harbour 50 m, golf course (18 hole) 13 km. Hiking paths: Sainte Baume, Sainte Victoire, Calanques Port-Cros, Porquerolles, Ile verte, Embiez, Figuerolles, Cassis. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Bath/WC. Electric heating. Balcony 7 m2, terrace 7 m2, roofed, east facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the lake and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 486 - Niveau P1 (roofed), height 190 cm, width 240 cm. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. The terrace is in the form of a loggia. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
