Bright Clean apartment

Excellent service from Casasol with the changes I had to make over covid. Stella Maris B is a Bright, very clean apartment with modern furniture, good beds and excellent location. We loved the pool and the beautiful gardens. Needs new furniture for the balcony - it was a bit worn.

Mi seconda casa

I love this apartment like a second home. It is modern, clean, and bright. It is so close to the beach yet private, easy 1o-15 minute walk to the centre, and the views are fantastic. The friendly, efficient service from both the condo staff and Casasol agency has been excellent. The hot water heater turned off twice but was dealt with immediately by building maintenance. The pool and garden is a real treasure and maintained daily. Cant wait to come back! As a furnished holiday rental that has a beautiful garden, I would have liked a couple of fold-up lawn chairs that I could easily carry down and up to sit and enjoy the sun, garden and pool and also to relax and sit more comfortably on the balcony. Also, the 2 small folding balcony chairs provided are very cheap plastic and uncomfortable. It would be nice to have 2 better quality Bistro set of chairs at the bistro table for dining outside to match the quality of the rest of the apartment. The hot water heater shut off twice while I was there and although fixed immediately may need to be looked at to see if there is a problem.

Review of our stay in Nerja.

The location was perfect for our needs. It was quiet and peaceful since the building was at the very edge of Nerja with open space on one side. The apartment is very bright and had the best view of every sunset from our balcony! Every thing we needed was within walking distance, and we were able to walk along the sea to many destinations. We loved every thing about this location!

L'emplacement, proche du centre ville, des commerces, très proche de la plage. Appartement très agréable. Belle piscine paysagėe avec bassin pour enfants. Vue sur mer et montagne. Le personnel de la résidence sympathique.
