Fantastic villa, amazing views, very chilled. Great restaurants down in the bay. Disappointed with the El Trull restaurant, great setting, waiters fab but the food wasn’t great unfortunately. Lots of steps at the villa, can be challenging.

Wow, just wow. This house was an absolute dream! I cannot express just how stunning this house is and most importantly, it has such an incredible view that truly makes you feel at peace. Each morning my sister and I work up early to catch the sunrise and hear the waves, a perfect way to start our morning. Our host was so attentive and responsive and we felt right at home from the minute we got in the house until the very last day. The house has a large covered outdoor terrace right outside the kitchen which was perfect for our large family. And as people who love cooking, the kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils, cookware, serveware we needed. The house has a large first floor terrace where you can take in the beautiful views but we lucked out to be in the area when fireworks were happening in Lloret so we were able to catch them right at home, just magical. Truly, we had the time of our lives here and we were so sad to leave, but that means we just have to come back!

In the garden and on the terrace you do not see the neighbours and you can feel completely alone with a magnificent view along the coast. You can even see fish in the sea below! the pool is perfect and clean Many bathrooms in nearly every bedroom - perfect If weather is bad, You can see the sea and the coast from every room and from nearly any Position in the living room which has large Windows to three sides. Private car park - great in this area! Many outside sitting possibilties for any Kind of weather Would book it again - maybe even in winter Internet is really poor Electric cooker is weak, so we had to use the gascooker outside ( which is fine to have... )the Barbecue if real heat was needed, dishwasher is also not really good. Bed lights in the bedrooms are too bright. We were not informed about the time when gardener and cleaning People were comeing. This would have been better to know, so we could make our plans according to this An Access to the sea below would be really great While we stayed there the neighbours started constructing a new house - very early every morning Everything in the house seems a bit old and used. So the Internet and these "old and used" Thing is why it is not 5 star... I would say 4,5 stars...

Très belle villa en surplomb de la mer, vue panoramique 180° avec de magnifiques lever/coucher de soleil. Maison très bien équipée (cuisine ++), grand séjour très lumineux, des livres sont à disposition dans plusieurs langues. Chambres de grandes tailles et disposant toutes d’une salle de bain privative. Espaces extérieurs fonctionnels, notemment la cuisine d’été. Accès possible - même si très escarpé - à la petite crique en contrebas. Proche de Lloiret et un supermarché à 6mn. Nous recommandons pour un groupe ou plusieurs familles.

Breathtaking views

The pictures don’t do it justice. Absolutely gorgeous!! The pool was gorgeous and well used. Well equipped kitchen. We like our coffee in the morning and we had both a drip coffee maker and an Nespresso POD coffee maker available. We stayed when it was very, very hot. Three of the bedrooms have AC. The other bedrooms were warm but we put the younger people in those rooms and they didn’t complain. We were 11 people ranging in ages from 14-60. There are a lot of stairs so keep that in mind. The common areas are beautifully decorated and have fans for comfort. You need a car to get to markets. We drove over to Tossa Del Mar for shopping and dining as it was more our taste than Lloret. We used the super market in Lloret though because it was really convenient. Canyelles Beach is perfect and we drove and walked at different times. It has a number of places to buy drinks, food and snacks, rent loungers and umbrellas. You can also rent jet skis, kayaks, little paddle boats with slides, paddle boards, etc. The sea was magnificent and we swam a lot. It’s the clearest water I have ever seen. We also booked a private chef and a private boat through Grenyals and they were exceptional. Add AC to the other 2 bedrooms. Additional comfortable outdoor seating on upper and lower patios to relax on. The ones there now are worn and we tried to be as gentle as we could be. The others are metal and not designed for relaxing. Washing machine works but will need to be replaced soon.

Beautiful property and swimming pool, Comfortable beds. Great big windows, shutters to block sun for the rooms to help keep the house cool. Good recommendation book for food and places to visit. Best view in the area. A/C on the main living room area, and in two lower bedrooms would be great. We'd open the big sliding doors which were great to have and it would help cool off when the wind was blowing, but when it wasn't, and at night it was fairly unbearable. Good bit of ants in the house, although we made sure to leave no crumbs and clean up well.

Magnifique séjour en famille dans la Villa! Nous avons adoré la vue magnifique, les différentes terrasses, la piscine avec vue sur la mer, la proximité avec la plage accessible à pied. Nous avons pu découvrir la région de la Costa Brava que nous avons adorée 🩵🤩 Nous recommencerons l’emplacement et la villa assurément!

Sehr schönes Haus an den Klippen (1. Meerlinie) mit fabelhaften Meerblick. Dazu kein Straßenlärm und sehr privat. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe, es gibt mehrere Terrassen und das Haus ist gut ausgestattet (3 Schlafzimmer verfügen zudem über Klimaanlage). Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ett väldigt bra hus - rymligt och fina uteplatser. Fint läge precis vid havet - otroligt fin utsikt! Saknas air condition i två av sovrummen vilket var lite jobbigt.

Très bel emplacement et vue. Il manque la climatisation dans 2 chambres et dans les pièces à vivre. Nous avons eu très chaud, il n'y a pas de contrevents ou de toiles permettant d'occulter le soleil sur les grandes baies et fenêtres des pièces à vivre. Les canapés sont en mauvais état. L'accès à la maison est difficile: beaucoup de marches étroites.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Der Blick (aus jedem Zimmer) ist traumhaft. Die Bäder sind alle renoviert und wirklich auf neuestem Standard. Es gibt 4 Terrassen und somit Rückzugsmöglichkeiten genug. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar, auf dem Rückweg muss man allerdings einige Stufen überwinden. Auf der oberen großen Terrasse steht leider kein Terrassenmöbel. Ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen oder auch Sonnenliegen wären super. Die Schirmständer sind nicht wirklich zu gebrauchen, somit ist Schatten rar und im Sommer ist das sicher ein Problem.

Vue sans pareille..confort des 3 parties de logement séparés.. calme... piscine tres agréable belles salles de bains. Cuisine d´été très pratique et très Utilisée par beau temps.. proximité de la plage.. Surtout le barbecue inutilisable car grille cassée et et tonneau de cendres plein à ras bord impossible à évacuer ça pèse une tonne...mauvaise arrivée d´air allumage long et difficile...une plancha serait plus pratique et facile à installer... il n´y a pas d´éclairage sur la terrasse du salon .. ce serait plus sympa pour boire un verre le soir à la fraîche....quelques carreaux à changer car décollés et dangereux sur les escaliers extérieurs et surtout dans la cuisine d´été.

Dit huis bevindt zich in een rustige en aangename buurt. Het uitzicht op de zee is prachtig. Groot huis met voldoende aparte ruimtes en alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Over het algemeen zeer tevreden over dit huis. Wel zijn de badkamers toe aan renovatie (schimmel in één douche en riool geur in een andere badkamer). Ook de aparte toilet bleef soms doorlopen.

Helt fantastiskt hus med bästa utsikten! Vi var 14 personer. Stora rum med 4 badrum och 2 toaletter, underbar altan där vi alla fick plats att äta tillsammans. Fantastisk pool med solstolar för många! Medelhavet när det är som bäst! Ett hus för vuxna och unga vuxna, inte för små barn eller äldre. Många trappor! Toppen service från CoastalVillas! Oförglömlig semester med familjen!

Superbe mais certaines choses à revoir.

Superbe villa dans laquelle nous reviendrons avec plaisir, juste quelques points à améliorer pour un séjour parfait.Malheureusement sur les 5 chambres les 2 chambres de l'étage sont à revoir, nous étions 5 couples et la difference de standing a causer problème, la literie et la déco sont à revoir. Que deux parasols cassés pour 8 transats c'est inssufisants. D'autre part dans la cuisine le matériel est à revoir, les plats et saladiers ne sont pas prévus pour les grandes familles. Nous aurions apprécié des grands contenants. Un bémol également pour la plaque de cuisson qui n'est pas à induction alors pour cuisiner pour 10 très compliqué. Réfrigérateur congelateur trop petit obligé de faire les courses tous les jours même avec le petit réfrigérateur côté barbecue. 1 seul étendoir à linge pour toute la Villa et de plus cassé!.En cours de saison il serait bon de vérifier l'état du matériel et de le changer lorsque celui ci est cassé.
