Wonderful location with plenty of room and parking. Walking distance to a great beach. Managing company always responsive and addressed any questionsconcerns we had immediately. Would highly recommend.

Villa was in a beautiful location, close to the beach and a restaurant. Surrounding areas were easily accessible by car. Outside area of the villa was quite dirty and the pool was in need of s clean.

06/06/2018 Beautiful luxury villa in a perfect location

Spacious accommodation, ideal for groups of families. Tastefully designed and furnished with high end fitments, that really gave a luxury feel to the villa. Situated in an ideal location for a short stroll to the beach,a pleasant walk to Blanes for the shops. Our second stay at this villa and we wouldn’t hesitate to stayrecommend it. Thanks again to Coastal Villas team for a fantastic holiday !

Wonderful property with amazing views. It suited our two families perfectly and the table tennis and access to the swimming pool were a hit. It’s also a short distance to the beach which was also perfect. The outside space was great for sharing family meals. We all had a great time and I would definitely return. The small welcome pack was useful but we had to buy cleaning products, toilet rolls and obviously these weren’t used within the week. Just an idea but couldn’t these be used by the next group instead of them being wasted,

Location, number of bedrooms and bathroom, large american kitchen, view, game room area, living outdoor space, A/C in bedrooms, very well-stocked kitchen, and the support from Coastal Villa team. Only small details: more directions on how to use the appliances (e.g. stove and ovens as they are not standard), ensure pool is cleaned before arrival of guests, permanently fix elevator as it broke down several times (even when only used to bring luggage up and down).

This was our second stay at the villa. The villa is very well equipped. The shared pool area just along the road is excellent. Very large pool and small playground for the children. It’s a shame though that the cafe/bar was closed. Communication with the agent was good. Very prompt response. Would definitely recommend Some comfortable seating on the patio would be lovely.

We are a family of 8 plus a dog. The spacious outdoors and indoors ensured we weren’t tripping over each other. You definitely need a car and be happy with steps. The pool was smaller than expected but was fine for us. No air con downstairs but not needed with such large windows.

We loved the location near the beach and restaurant. It had loads of space to accommodate nine adults comfortably and not feel crowded. Very generous with coffee beans for fab coffee machine. Outdoor kitchen and table area was super. Effective a/c!! The sun beds were a bit grubby and VERY heavy to move around the terrace. Midweek ‘cleaning’ consisted of mopping the kitchen floor and one bathroom! Extra towels would have been useful.

Our stay at Coastal Villas’ place was wonderful. We loved the place with lots of activities in the house (table tennis and foosball) and a great pool. The house had lots of great spaces (indoor and outdoor) to relaxcatch up with family inc. top floor terrace, second floor balcony, split level outside space and split level living space. The kitchen was very well equipped and we loved the coffee machine and outdoor dining space. The view of the sea and trees was a beautiful way to wake up in the morning. The quick walk to the beach was down a steep hill and the beach was shingles sand. It gets really busy at weekends but weekdays it was perfect with little lagoon areas for the children to enjoy. The water was wonderful and the beach bar served excellent tapas! When we had an issue with the plumbing in the house the team at Coastal Villas were helpful and responsive, the issue was resolved same-day. We had an excellent time at the villa and would recommend it to all!

We loved the space. The views. The location. Very well equipped. Lots of hot water. Access to the 25m outdoor pool at the club. Communication with agency was top class. Immediate responses, helpful advice from friendly staff Some outdoor areas could be dangerous for small kids. Maybe some safety gates or fences. The outdoor stools and benches are a bit wobbly. Having to dispose of the rubbish to communal places was a bit inconvenient at times.

The house was as we expected really nice and we had a wonderful time!!! We were three families and totally 12 adults and teenagers and the house was well sized and equipped for us. We had barbecue almost every night and the grill is in need of some renovation. Something that matter us a lot was that we every day had to go with our garbage 1km to a local garbage station. All The neighbours had dustbin at the houses. Also talked with a neighbour who wondered why everyone in this house always was carrying on garbage bags. We can really recommend this house!

A fabulous villa. Very modern and clean. We were a family group of 13 and there was plenty of space. Lovely clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Air con is included in the price. We would definitely return. To improve it would be great if there were cleaning materials. There was nothing in the villa, we had to buy it all in. There is also a very low wall on the patio with a long drop drop to the pool area which is not great for young children. Due the the number of steps up from the road it wouldn’t be ideal for anyone with mobility problems.

25/06/23 A Lovely Spacious Villa

We had a super holiday at Villa Las Brisas in June 2023. We were a large family group of eight adults of various ages. We enjoyed the table tennis and table football and made use of the large pool and tennis facilities at the club nearby. There was plenty of room for everyone, although eating inside altogether might have been a problem. The local beach has great facilities and is only a few minutes walk downhill. We needed to contact Coastal Villas about a couple of issues during our stay and they couldn't have been more helpful. It would have been useful to have things like washing up liquid, kitchen roll, salt, pepper, oil, bin liners, etc, and more than just one toilet roll per bathroom. We bought all of these things but had to leave most of them there. Presumably they are thrown out even though they could be left for the next guests.
