Great host

The house is conveniently located, steps away from the local beach and very close to the most popular ones. Michela was a great host, always contactable. Thanks for everything!

Charming house, but interior a bit worn-out

The house was nice, with a lot of privacy, and located very close to the beach. We loved the smell of the pinetrees. We were with 4 people. I have no idea how more than 4, let alone 10 people, would fit comfortably in the small sized livingroom if you have to spent evenings inside the house (like us, as it was too cold in the evenings to sit outside). The house has a nice atmosphere, but overall it was not very clean and too many things didn’t work properly (e.g. tv, lamp for going upstairs, toilet flush). No microwave as stated in the ad. I know it’s a personal preference, but the mattrass in the master bedroom was way too firm for us. Michela was communicative and friendly and offered to fix all the things that weren’t working.

I am very sorry for some inconvenients Mariette and family had in my house... I understand they were on holidays and they didn't want to be disturbed but...I wanted to go to explain them something about the house, and maybe receive some suggestion from them but they didn't want... I would have been happy to solve the problems...for the tv I know, it was a big mistake by my side not to check if it was working properly, actually they were the first guests of the season and pobably during the winter something has gone wrong, but I wanted to send the technician and they did not accept. For the lamp and the microwave they told me when they were leaving and I could not do anything, I could have brought my microwave and changed the lamp. For the space, it's true the rooms are not big but there is a very big veranda where more then 10 people can stay confortably... so in summer is perfect and you have also the possibility to cook outside, I understand these days maybe the weather was not ideal but for 4 people I think the space is enough also inside (we are 4 in my family and for us is ok). But the thing that really never happened to me was that I found the sofa broken, the armrest cracked and they left and didn't tell me about that, Mariette left early morning and she didn't tell me anything...but finally I have to thank her because she taught me something new...to be careful and to check always everything is working well!

Nelle vicinanze spiaggie stupende raggiungibili a piedi o in poco tempo in auto.

Molto molto bene

Contesto carino, casa funzionale, proprietaria super disponibile.

Nice, cosy house close to the sea

Michela waited for us long in the night, because we landed late in Cagliari. It was not easy to find the place, because the car navigation, as well as google maps, showed wrong place. Michela finally came to us to show us the right way :) We -- two families (2+2 and 2+3) -- were there for over one week. The house is well equipped in a good style, well prepared for a hot season (the garden and the house itself are mostly in the shadow). The kitchen (with the fridge) is only downstairs, but the stove is also outdoors. The basic stuff for cooking is provided (e.g., salt, olive oil, oregano, coffee, sugar, etc.). The sea is very close. We had cars and with the car the location is very good. There are some public buses as well, so if one wants to stay mostly at one place it is probably also not a bad choice. Overall, Michela was a good host and I strongly recommend staying at her house.
