Fantastic accommodation for families

A fantastic accommodation for families and couples. Plenty of space, clean throughout, comfy beds and a great location. Thanks so much for the bottle of fizz, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, and cake. We hope to book again with friends.

Excellent well equipped property. Everything you need and more. Perfect grounds. Plenty of inside room to mingle or sit alone. Beautiful decor. Only downside the property does smell very strongly of dog, especially one bedroom. There was a couple of dog wee stain patches on carpet and side of upstairs settee. We did visit in winter with heating on. Perhaps in warmer months when doors and windows open this wouldn't be a problem.

Fantastic family base

Really lovely house for a long weekend with family and dogs - lots of space for everyone and everything we needed had been provided. Lovely to find the cake, milk and fizz on arrival! Easy access to everything from zip lines to gorgeous beach walks and nice places to eat close by. Rooms were clean, spacious and very attractive, minimal hanging space in some, but how much do you really need for a short break? Fabulous, well kept enclosed garden which was safe for dogs and children. The internal courtyard would be fantastic in summer. Loved the big dining table, great for family meals. We would definitely return, loved it!

stunning dog friendly 'Santorini style' villa in Rhosneigr. Short walk to the beach which was clean plus a rock pool and shell collectors' paradise Large enclosed garden when the gate is shut, which was perfect for our 3 dogs. Beautifully designed building with loads of living space. Each bedroom large and bathrooms were spacious. Huge well-equipped kitchen and laundry room. Local shop a few minutes' walk away for forgotten items, logs and even beach tents/chairs, but cottage is very private, quiet and away from the main road. Great flyby of a few planes from valley was exciting for everyone too. Highly recommend this cottage for large group get togethers as there was so much space for everyone

Perfect for large family groups

The property was exactly as described and we loved the layout with spacious rooms, light and airy, with a choice of 4 social areas (one outside under cover). The dining area had a long table that could easily seat twelve people. Facilities were very good, including washing machine and dryer, although an outdoor washing line would have been a useful addition. The Welcome Pack was also appreciated with its variety of household and food items. Our family of 8 adults and 4 very young children enjoyed our week there with several nearby beaches (walkable) and stunning coastal walks.

Holiday with adult kids

Had a great week away. Property is very spacious and suits holiday makers with older children or separate adults as there is space between bedrooms. Having said this the large bedroom at the back of the property did not recieve WIFI nor mobile signal, so won"t suit all.. Plenty of parking and outdoor space -dog loved it. A conservatory that catches any sun, and nice maintained gardens and flower pots. It was welcoming to come back to after a day out. The mattress in the double room was very hard and would recommend a topper but overall a lovely place to holiday on Anglesey.

Family get together

This is our 4th time here and we had another great time in this lovely house. Location is excellent, close to beach and Rhosneighr centre. House is very comfortable, although mattress topper would be good for the small double room as the bed is quite hard. Some additional beach toys would be useful. Outer buildings could do with freshening up as looking tatty now and we had to clean bbq before we could use it. But all in all another lovely weekend and we will return.

Perfect Group Getaway Location

This was our second New Year at Coed Y Llan and once again did not disappoint. The layout means that we were not tripping over each other, with plenty of space between bedrooms. All of the beds were comfortable (not that I tested them all myself....) and the en-suites were in good condition. The kitchen is well-equipped and well-proportioned to cater for up to 10 people. The communal living rooms were also well fitted out and suitable sized, with very comfortable sofas and a great dining table and chairs for everyone. There is plenty of space outside for several cars, and the outside space looks ideal for summertime activities. The communication prior to arrival, including a downloadable app with directions etc, was once again excellent.

Great property, starting to need a little TLC...

Very much enjoyed our stay at Coed Y Llan. Lovely spacious property, with ample outside space which would be delightful in the summer months. We noticed that some areas had started to look a little shabby, things just need to be touched up. There was terrible staining on the carpet as you entered the dining space, the dishwasher was broken ( we fixed it) as was the elements inside the grill / oven (which we also fixed - but did fall again before we left) the worst thing was, we had to re-wash alot of the dishes before we could use them and wipe down the dining table which still had previous guests food and drink stains on! In the scheme of things, these are just little things and can be rectified with a little care and attention. All the above is only constructive criticism and we would return to this property as the positives out way the negatives. Great place for family / friends gatherings and the big bonus of allowing 4 pooches.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped and the large dining area makes it a lovely place to have meals with family. Bedrooms are also a great size. We had a couple of teething problems during our stay with a broken bed (which was sorted fairly quickly) and several of the showers over flowing and flooding the floor (also a problem during our last stay and so clearly an ongoing issue) but these were attended to promptly by maintenance and the owner. We had a lovely time and will definitely return to the area

Perfect for us!

This is the third time we've stayed at Coed Y Llan, on this occasion there were 10 of us and 4 dogs. The house is clean, comfortable and has everything you would want for a week away! It's at great space both inside and out, roomy living area, large bedrooms, a lovely outside seating area and the fully enclosed large garden is ideal for the dogs. The weather was a very windy for August, but we still enjoyed many walks on the beach and visits to The Oystercatcher, Sandymount, Notos cafe and Zapatismo (taco's) - all of which were excellent! In summary, it's the perfect house for us and I'm sure we'll be back again soon!

Koh du clan was perfect for us, 3 generations of family and all our dogs. An enclosed property kept us all in and allowed us to feel happy no-one was going to wander off! The property was really clean and comfortable, the (almost) single floor layout really helped us all get around. It's in a great location, only a few minutes to the beach, shop, restaurant and town. Had the weather been better we could have made better use of the outside spaces, although a heater on the covered terrace area could have extended our evenings. A few improvements from the owners would make it perfect but it's was all good enough for us to book for next year. Thank you

Our family break

We have stayed here before and it didn’t disappoint again We love the location,the layout ,the outside seating area and especially that we can take all 4 of our dogs It suits our ever growing family we just wish it slept 12 as we can’t all go at the same time unfortunately. Family break for husbands 70th

Found the house exactly as described. There was sufficient room for everyone. Very spacious bedrooms/lounge/conservatory/mezzanine My only complaint was the living room carpet was full of stains. ( only needs a clean ) Otherwise perfect. Great location Would definitely book again if going to Wales

Family Holiday

We stayed here for a week with three generations. The house is a very nice space with plenty of room for everyone. It is located well to explore Anglesey and has plenty of space for parking. We would recommend this house

Fabulous property in great location

Such a beautiful property. Great location for Bangor and Llandudno. Excellent beaches for dog walking and just a short stroll to one of the best bar/restaurants I’ve been to in a long time (The Oyster Catcher). Highly recommend this property.

Family break.

Photos make the place look better than it is. We had to clean up outside and in the courtyard. Damp issues in the annex bedroom. Needs some TLC and maintenance.. We have discussed this with Anglesea lettings.

Beautiful, stunning place to stay .

We stayed here for 16 days while my house insurance fixed my bathroom ,so it really was our home to stay all I can say is everything you need is there I over packed to go no need as washing machine and an amazing dryer that I've never known one to dry so fast , lovely little things left to help you get started hand soaps , toilet roll , dish washer tabs ,washing machine tabs ,coffee tea sugar milk ,but the shop is 2 minute walk so if you have forgot anything it's there , the accomodations was amazing beautiful rooms plenty of space , I took my mum who is disabled and we went in the bedroom facing the carpark as nice size room for her walker and wheel chair and ensuite . The children and dogs were so happy so much space to play outside i would definitely go again thank you for a lovely stay . The Pink family and pets .

Great large family venue

We rented this house over New Year for 8 adults, a baby and dogs. The house was spread out enough not to worry about noise from others in the house, but with excellent meeting space for getting together. It is far enough away from the main road not to hear any noise from there either, and is easily walkable to the nearest restaurant and the beach. The fittings and furniture are of a good quality, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed. We are now looking forward to returning later in the year!
