We are proud to provide our newer luxurious waterfront Homestead House with hot tub, boat dock, swim deck, and covered boat slips available! Sits on 15 acres of beautifully manicured lakefront property with AMAZING views of Beaver Lake, and the surrounding Ozark Mountains! 1900 sq ft of PURE LUXURY! Two bedroom, two incredible baths, large double head glassed showers, freestanding soaking tub, full kitchen-fully equipped, fireplace, large, open living room, island bar, three decks, gas grill and 7-person high end HOT TUB...JUST 120 ft from the water's edge/boat dock, swim deck! Coin op laundry next to our office, not available inside the unit. Bring your boat we have large, covered slips available! Don't have a boat? Rent fishing boats, pontoons, paddle boats at nearby Starkey Marina. Canoes, kayaks and paddle boats deliver to our dock. Fishing guides pick up and drop off at our dock with your fish cleaned and ready to cook! Enjoy canoeing, kayaking, trout and walleye fishing at the beautiful, White River just 2 miles drive. Enjoy all the activities in downtown, historic Eureka Springs...just 9 miles drive. PLEASE NOTE: We normally require a three-night minimum stay and full rates during summer months, special events and holidays; please inquire! PLEASE NOTE: We are not charging a separate cleaning fee. The Homestead House was a perfect getaway. The interior was nicely decorated and clean. The view was spectacular and very peaceful. From the hot tub, grill to the soaking tub, all the amenities were nice to enjoy. The exterior was clean and well maintained.

Whether you want to unwind in the hot tub, find a quiet corner of the property to relax, or simply soak in the surroundings, there's no shortage of ways to enjoy the space.Downtown Eureka Springs is only about 20 minutes away, giving you plenty of dining, shopping, and sightseeing options whenever you're ready to venture out — but honestly, the property itself gives you every reason to just stay put.We'll absolutely be back.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Wish we would’ve thought to bring another couple. It would have been ideal with two king beds and two full bathrooms and lots of private living spaces indoors and out.

The cabin was spotless, cosy, warm and inviting, we immediately ended up booking an additional night as we were so impressed by it. There is so much space and the attention to detail is immaculate. Amazing cabin!

Awesome place!

What a great cabin! It had it all: amazing views, nice furnishings, easy check-in and helpful staff. Would highly recommend this cabin to anyone trying to get away from it all for a few days. Hopefully we can come back soon!

Great place for a lake getaway

A beautiful home with a beautiful view of a beautiful lake. This home was perfect for two couples to stay for a few nights away. I thoroughly enjoyed sipping coffee while reading on the house deck. Fishing off the dock was nice as well. The walk to the dock is quite steep but doable.

Wonderful place to stay!

Incredible views! Cabin was spacious and clean. It overlooked the lake and has a great dock. It is in a great location with easy access. Short drive to Eureka springs and the river, if you plan on getting some good fishing in. We plan on coming back in the spring!

We are located just 9 miles from downtown historic district which offers, unique shopping, wonderful restaurants, museums, nightlife, music and magic shows, opera, special events festivals, parades, car shows, The Great Passion Play, ziplining, cave tours, area tours, lake tours, underground walking tours, ghost tours, wildlife animal safari park, horseback riding, natural springs, Victorian homes, etc. We are here to help. We will provide local maps, brochures, lake maps, share our favorite restaurants and attractions
