The property is beautiful, but for us it was really not clean. We found sticky kitchen floors, dirty sheets on the beds, dirty carpets, empty bottles in cupboard, etc. We think this is to blame on the cleaners, not the owner.Ralph was easy to contact and helpful.Everything else was as advertised - unbeatable views from the balcony, very convenient location, plenty of space and a cozy fireplace.

Rustic and great cabin with a 2 million deck/view. We have a boys weekend every year in Graceland. Quiet part of the Mountains.Log fire, plenty of room and that view. How’s the serenity?

Amazing views and a plenty of space for the friends and family to enjoy it. A roaring fireplace, pool table and easy check-in and check-out made it a very enjoyable stay.

We had a very comfortable stay at Graceland. It is a homely rambling older building with a wonderful view. The kitchen is better equipped than my own and we found that this, plus the view and the comfy settee in front of an open fire ( and lets not forget the generous rates) meant that we were more than happy to lounge about and only go out when it was an essential errand.Thank you Ralph!

We love Ralph's place

This is a cosy, well-established property in an idyllic Blue Mountains location. The views are stunning and the house is full of charm. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the Mountains, whatever the weather. This is the third time some of our group have stayed here and hopefully won't be the last. Thanks Ralph!

The view is absolutely breathtaking—second to none! The house is warm, well-heated, and stocked with an impressive stash of board games and DVDs to enjoy by the cosy fireplace (wood supplied—no scavenging required!). The kitchen had everything we needed, and with three bathrooms, no one had to do the bathroom dance. Our adult kids and the dogs had a ball. With a beautiful station nearby, Sydney’s just a train ride away, and Blackheath and Katoomba have more than enough to tempt anyone in need of food, coffee, or a bit of retail therapy. We would definitely consider coming back.

An absolutely beautiful and serene place

House was very clean and the view was amazing. My friends and I had a really wonderful weekend. Ralph was very communicative and helpful and I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderfully refreshing stay. House is full of character and the views were breathtaking.The host went extra length to provide everything we needed to make us comfortable.The walk down the mountain from the house is a must...Highly recommended.
