The house was open plan living in the front which was very well presented and clean. Two clean bathrooms and a separate toilet were great. The main bedroom has a comfortable and clean bed. There is a full laundry and so many games to play.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachside home during our holiday trip. The house was impeccably clean, and the bedding was neat and comfortable. Its location near the beach was exactly what we were looking for, providing both convenience and relaxation. We especially enjoyed the scenic walking path behind the house, which runs parallel to the beach — a perfect spot for morning or evening strolls. Everything about the house exceeded our expectations, and we would be happy to return in the future. We’ll definitely be recommending this place to our friends and family.

Relaxing and comfortable stay

Our stay was very comfortable and everything was well organized. The Villa is 2 minutes walk to beach and near City Center. Communication with the Property Manager was easy and we received prompt response to any queries we had. Thank you for making our stay memorable and relaxing.

Very comfortable place to stay

We stayed at this property for the second time recently and found that once again it was a fantastic place to stay. This time we had our elderly parents with us so needed to use all beds, and all beds were top quality and comfortable. It is furnished and appointed really tastefully and the walk to the beach is short enough to go just for a quick dip, so you don't need to go too far for a relaxing time. We will be back!

A home away from home!

We had a fabulous family stay here! We really couldn’t fault anything at all, everything we needed and wanted was there. So clean, comfortable and a fabulous location. The owner Sue also couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Thank you Sue, we will be back! :)

Great Beach Holiday

Great little property, perfectly situated to for the beach, getting into town and exploring further. Loved our morning and evening walks on the beach. Host was super easy to get hold of before and during our stay. Really appreciated this. Everything was exactly as presented in the listing.

Loved our stay and will definitely stay again. I did think there was a cot in one of the rooms which ended up being a portacot. Not a problem for us but just so any other families know. Great location, clean property with everything you need and more. Kids loved the books and games

Fantastic location and spotless house

This house is immaculate and everything is provided which is a great bonus not havinf to cart linen on your holiday. The location is close to amenities and right near the beautiful Middleton beach. You may even see the friendly local bandicoot!

It is one of the best in Albany in this price range.

Overall it was neat and tidy.....bottle of wine while checking in was nice of sue... Had a great experience staying here.... Sue is kind and polite.... Hoping to come again here

Very nice stay

Sue is a very nice host and easy to communicate. The place is perfect for my holiday in Albany, in a very good location (close to the Emu Point and the town centre) and very clean and tidy. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who would like to spend some time in Albany.

Great location by the beach, comfortable house.

The house was exactly as described online and in the photos. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Very close to the beach, just a short walk and nice and quiet. Plenty of useful information provided by owner. My only gripe was no access to power points to charge phones/devices, we had to reach behind a bedside table to unplug the alarm clock and use that. In this day and age, I would expect at least one or two outlets for this purpose but easy to fix with a power board. Would stay again.

We purchased this property to use for our family as we love Albany and all it has to offer with it's amazing beaches and national parks to explore. The villa has turned into a popular place to stay for our many repeat guests and we therefor have another property in Albany to use ourselves.

I think our villa is special due to it's location to Middleton Bay (you can hear the surf at night when it's a lovely quite evening) and the Iconic Albany Golf Course being only two doors away. We are situated in a very quite small coastal suburb of Albany.
