We used the house as a base for 4 men to walk part of the Cape to Cape. To come back to a well appointed house was a godsend after a long day of walking. Views are stunning

Marmaduke house it super comfy and very well equipped with all you may need as if you were at home. Tremendous view to the sea. Tony was really nice and quick to approach and receive a reply, very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place I'd return when visiting Gracetown again.

Family get away

The property offered inhouse entertainment inside and out. It provided comfortable areas to gather in and relax. It's located well for waljs out to South Point and a shirt drive to the cafe and swimmimg beach.The snorkelling was great.

Amazing

We were two families holidaying together and we can not rate this house enough! We have already booked for next year. Everything about it was amazing. The lay out, location, cleanliness, everything was 100%. The fact that we could take our furry babies with us was the cherry on top!! HIGHLY recommend a stay here!!!

A lovely house

The Marmaduke house is a great place to stay. It has loads of space, is very well maintained and has a lot of extra curricular activities! Pool, ping pong, darts etc. It is close to the beach and great walking.

Great place to stay with kids- has lots for them to do to keep them entertained. Easy walk to the beach in beautiful gracetown. House has all the amenities we needed, would definitely stay again

Great Oceanview Getaway with Excellent Amenities.

We recently stayed at this wonderful accommodation for five days, and it was an incredible experience. The house is impeccably clean and comes fully equipped with everything you might need, even down to rice for cooking! The location is perfect, offering stunning views overlooking the ocean. The variety of indoor activities provided kept us thoroughly entertained. We enjoyed countless hours playing various board games and had a fantastic time shooting pool. Additionally, the property is pet-friendly, and our dog absolutely loved the spacious area to roam and play. Communication with Tony was excellent throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

House was easy to find once you enter Gracetown( although address provided by stayz is a little wrong) The house was very clean and tidy. Beds extremely comfortable and everything you could possible want and need was provided. Excellent . Loved our stay

Authentic gracetown beach house!

Great quirky beach house. Very clean and well maintained home that has everything you need and more. Kitchen is a highlight - well set up and very easy to cook in. Owner was very easy to deal with and communicated promptly when there was an issue. Comfortable beds. Secure side yard for the dog. Loved it.

Hogwarts of Gracetown

Marmaduke is great property for dog owners and folk with small children who like secret stairs and passageways. The upper deck was lovely. The dog had a great time chosing which stairs to bring back his toys. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well stocked with everything you need, and sunsets were lovely.

Location with everything you need

It was great staying in Tony’s place in gracetown for Easter. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and heaps of room for 2 families. We loved watching the sunset from the top balcony and enjoyed the table tennis tables. The kitchen has more than what we have a home. A beautiful home. Location is also great. Short walk to town and beaches and we enjoyed the Easter festivities on at the hall a short walk away

Home away from home.

Beautiful location. I totally reccomend this place for families. The owner has made everything so easy. Have a barbeque on the bl Balcony, chuck the dishes in the dish washer. All you have to wash by hand is the pots and trays. There is so many rooms and seperated spaces so you can easily stay with another family or grandparents, uncles etc. There is so much to do in the house itself. Every room and section has Telivisions. Separate bathrooms, toilets, and an outdoor accessed bedroom for complete seperation. There are multiple kitchens and food prep areas. Really great place for us. Thanks again.

Perfect family holiday house

Celebrated a milestone birthday with family from Perth and Melbourne in the perfect house in Gracetown, close to all the things we wanted to do and see, with a great balcony for watching the ocean and plenty of space for 9 adults.

The house was fully equipped. If you forgot anything you could be sure to find it in this house. Would be great for a family with children or even two families. Three showers, four toilets. Communication with the owner was excellent. I have nothing negative to say about this property. Will be back for sure!

A bit of everything

The house has a bit of everything for everyone. It was well stocked, lots to keep you busy and the kids very entertained, toys, games and adventures for everyone or just sit around the fire and watch a movie. Quirky layout and some steep steps for the elderly, but everyone had a very comfortable sleep and enjoyed the views and ample room with peace and quiet. Not stayed in Gracetown before, but this was very pleasant. Kids enjoyed fishing and the beach and rocks. Would stay again.

I was born in Margaret River being descended from the first settlers in the district, Alfred and Ellen Bussell. I am a former high school Principal who lives in Perth but have had an ongoing close affinity with Margaret River.
Our 3 children and six grand children are proud of their Margaret River heritage and just love visiting such a very special beach house.

This amazing house is close to the beach, has brilliant ocean views, fantastic bedroom and kitchen facilities together with table tennis and pool tables.. Historical photos including the Grace Bussell horseback rescue of the "Georgette' survivors adorn the walls of this property.

We fell in love with this property due to its great views over a beautiful bay, closeness to the sea. The large brick and stone house gives a sense of privacy to bedrooms and outdoor areas. The external area is well set up for pets.
It has been wonderful to share the Marmaduke experience with others and to find so many of our visitors also fall in love with our beach house.
