An iconic Gracetown property and a family favourite for relaxing beachside holidays. Great location, excellent value and close to the beach. A popular family favourite with many because its location is one of the best on offer with a 2 minute stroll to the beach or local general store - just perfect for holidays.
Gracetown Beach House can comfortably sleep 8 people in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Maximum 6 adults, 2 children.

Perfect for winter getaway

We loved our stay Gracetown Beach House. Great location with views and the house was perfect for our family. Decked out with everything we needed and a great fireplace for Winter nights.

Glorious Gracetown

A fantastic property close to the beach and Gracie's general. Well appointed and newly renovated the property is ideal for a family group with seperate bathrooms for kids.

Great location!

Property is perfect for a short stay and had everything we needed.A quick walk to the beach and surf with great coffee views on the deck. Second shower was not functional for us with the hot water tap broken and toilet paper was limited for our 6 guests.

High quality house in great location

Property is great, very well fitted out and superbly equipped with utensils and all the necessaries. Location is awesome, only 2 minute walk to amazing lookout over surfing beach. Be aware of limited 4G connectivity and wifi.

Lovely Large Home Overlooking Gracetown

Great house, with two large double rooms and a room with bunk beds for the children. Well equipped with great balcony and lounge on roof top overlooking Gracetown. There was one misunderstanding with the booking, though the Manager was very responsive and fixed within minutes.

Location and comfort

What a lovely property! Exceeded expectations. Our stay included severe weather winds. But we felt snug, warm, and safe. The wood fire was excellent- we did bring extra kindling and logs with us. Thank you for the fire lighters. The views from the verandahs delightful. We made a game of retrieving the pillows from where the wind blew them. The beds comfortable, had pillow choices, and kitchen equipment was well stocked. All in all a great stay. Communication was good - had a phone message and good emails. Location is central and beach beautiful.

What an amazing weekend away, expecially with the views of the ocean! We will be back!

We all had such a great weekend away, it's amazing how close the beach is from the house.. a wine at sunset with the amazing views on the top deck is bliss... We will be back for sure💯🤟
