プールは、ご滞在中のお客様専用です。

アパートメントは、プライベートパティオアクセスのある広々としたベッドルーム1室、プライベートエントランスのある中庭の外観、リビングルーム、大きなバスルーム、簡易キッチンで構成されています。 スタジオは家の残りの部分から切り離されています。 道路外駐車。

ベッドルームには快適なクイーンサイズのベッド、リビングルームにはテレビ、小さなステレオ、2人掛けソファ、ワークデスク、たくさんのクローゼットスペースがあります。 十分な収納スペースと、軽食を準備するための設備の整った簡易キッチンがあります。

すべての部屋に天井ファンがあります。

東向きのパティオでグラスワインを楽しむか、常に新鮮で涼しい静かな水流のあるプールでひと泳ぎしてください。ビーチや小川での暖かい日には最高の安らぎです。 サーフィンや水泳の後は、プールに隣接する専用の芝生の中庭エリアで暖かい屋外シャワーをお楽しみください。

Pottsville was a great location to use as a hub to take in a day at the Byron Bay Bluesfest, check out some of the lovely beaches along the coastline, and to rent bikes to do the Mooball to Murwillumbah portion of the Northern Rivers Rail Trail. Accommodations were a great fit for my wife and I, a smaller place, but everything we needed was there. The yard is very well kept and it was a pleasure to sit and have our breakfast and coffee outside each morning. Our host was pleasant and very helpful.

Shane is a gracious host. Our stay was easeful and enjoyable. We were greeted on arrival and Shane attended to any and every enquiry in a timely manner. Shane's accommodation is luxurious, clean and comfortable with everything one may require for a restful stay with all kitchen appliances, including a coffee machine. Thank you Shane. We will stay again.

Stayed at Shane’s property while visiting my son. The location was amazing, the house was very very clean and Shane was very communicative and responsive. Personally I would have preferred having a kitchen more than induction, but that’s just me. Other than that more than expected. Tnx Shane and see you next time.

Peaceful Pottsville

A super easy stay. Shane’s place is tastefully furnished, well equipped with a super comfortable bed and a lovely cooling private pool outside your door nothing more to ask for. Proximity to restaurants, shops & the beaches only minutes away. Communication with our host immediate & helpful. We all certainly return.

Short stay

Inside the furnishings were lovely. Bed very comfortable but if you like a firm pillow best to take your own, these were very flat. There were a couple of very basic items not provided. We could not find a pen or piece of paper anywhere, nor was there a basic first aid kit. We were bitten by midges from sitting outside at dusk and would have welcomed some antiseptic wipes or similar. I did find the photo of the ‘exclusive’ pool area misleading. Photos were taken from inside the owners property and show the area you are allowed to use but it looks much more appealing in the photos. The bbq we had for ‘exclusive’ use was a tiny, rusty one in the greased area outside this unit. There was no outdoor table available for eating outside if you did use the bbq. Only a side table or a table inside in the sitting room. When we arrived the toilet seat was very loose and it eventually came off completely. We used it like this until it was fixed but those things are basic maintenance surely. Good area, nice furnishings but wouldn’t rate it much higher.

Don't bother with Byron Bay, Pottsville it is!

If you'd like to enjoy Byron Bay but escape the InstaInfluencing crowd that comes as a package, then Pottsville is where you need to stay. Shane was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we thoroughly enjoyed the location. Highly recommend and would visit again!

Comfortable one bedroom apartment, well located.

We enjoyed our stay in Pottsville in an apartment that had lovely garden area where we shared our afternoon wines. It was a very relaxing place and well located.

Great stay

This was a spacious and comfortable one bedroom apartment. With the sitting room it is quite roomy for two people. It was attractively appointed, very clean and well equipped. Well located, just outside of town and not too far from the beach. Lovely garden and pool. Host was warm, welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommended, we would go back any time.

Pleasant roomy downstairs apartment at Pottsville

This downstairs apartment was great for a short stay (2 nights) at Pottsville. The kitchen area is small but we hadn't planned to eat in. The bedroom, bathroom and lounge are a good size and comfortable. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the host Shane was very pleasant. Parking was a little unusual - we had to park on the nature strip, but it was quite wide so that was OK. The apartment is not in the centre of Pottsville. We had thought that we might walk to dinner each night (at the local tavern and at Pipit restaurant), but each was a bit too far to take on at night.

Fabulous location on the creek

We had a wonderful weekend away with plenty to do as well as relax away from work. The property was lovely, the pool was fabulous and the host Shane was very gracious.

I'm the original owner of this property which was built in 2006. It's located in one of the most beautiful coastal villages on Australia's east coast. The house is modern, cool and comfortable and offers all the modern conveniences.
