Disappointed for the price

The location is great but the room was overpriced for the number of issues. There is very little privacy and there are not curtains so the blinds are the only option which really darkens the room. The coffee machine didn’t work and only an opened and half used small container of milk was left on the fridge. The air conditioning remote was fixed to the holder so we couldn’t adjust the air or turn it off - it’s also right above the bed so cold air blasted on us all night. The spa bath jets also didn’t work. For the price- this just shouldn’t happen. I also emailed about bedding arrangements before the stay to confirm where my daughter would sleep as the information wasn’t clear how 3 people could stay - I got no reply. Overall, it was very disappointing for the price we paid - I feel like someone would have mentioned these issues before and we were still rented a room advertising these features.

I thought the studio apartment was excellent. The spa bath was so relaxing and the room had everything you need. Kitchen facilities were great and bed was comfortable too. Having the Thai restaurant right there in the resort was fantastic ! So close to the beach and cafes.

Excellent stay

The apartment is as you see in the images provided. Clean, neat and tidy. Excellent pool and onsite restaurant. Close walk to Tucker cafe and Jordy’s pizza. Only constructive criticism was no blackout blinds and no sheer curtains for privacy. The water from the shower pools on the floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

We loved everything. The only issue for us was the undercover parking-we have a landcruiser that did not meet the height requirements for entering the underground parking area. Fortunately we were able to park in the street close to an outside entry point. Glad we chose to stay here and that it was available. The rental agency was fabulous to deal with.
