We also appreciate you mentioning our responsiveness, as we always try to assist guests as quickly as possible. Thank you as well for sharing the helpful tips for future guests regarding the elevators, pool towels, and beach chair rentals. Because the beach is public, the chairs and umbrellas there are managed by an independent beach service, which is why they are rented separately. We also appreciate the honest feedback about the unit and building. Some units in the building are older, and we continue to make improvements whenever possible to keep them comfortable and enjoyable for our guests. The apartment is a well-maintained unit in an older beachfront building, and while it is kept clean and treated regularly, some cosmetic wear is consistent with the age of the property. Regarding the elevators, they are part of the condominium’s common areas and managed by the building association, but we understand the frustration and appreciate your patience.
