サンカルロスはビーチの新しいコンドミニアムの1つで、ガルフショアーズの中心にあり、ハイウェイ59の東にわずか4分の1マイルです。 この複合施設は美しいメキシコ湾にあり、350フィート以上の白砂とクリスタルブルーの湾水があります。 ロケーションはガルフショアーズで最高です。多くのレストランやショップが徒歩圏内にあります。 無料のワイヤレスインターネット。

Communication with owner was great. Check-in was getting the door code and walking in. Condo was big and roomy for my family of six. Kitchen facilities were good with the exception of pans that were old and food stuck on them. Wi-Fi was great, no problems with streaming. Location is a great area for walking to restarurants and retail. I was not impressed with the cleaning service. Dust collected on ceiling fans, behind couch and beds. Bedspread had stains. Wash closet and showers need deep cleaning. I will let owner know and I am sure he will get this taken care of.

Perfect for our girls trip. Seven of us stayed and there was plenty of room. Great view. Very nice pool area. Restaurants and Dollar General within walking distance. Owner is great! Checked in with me more than once to make sure everything was good. Super nice!

Gulf Coast Gem

The property was exactly as described. Floor to ceiling windows invited you I to the gulf even while staying in the condo. Andy's communication was top notch. He and his wife left helpful notes throughout the condo. We will definitely be back to this condo!

Family Vacation

We stayed for a week and were very happy. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location being within walking distance to several restaurants and souvenir stores. The amenities of the condo were also clean and enjoyable. The owner was very attentive, helpful, and kind. He wanted to make sure our stay was good.

Beautiful condo and awesome location!!

Excellent place!!!

This condo and this unit are fantastic! I always like getting a corner unit! The size and number of beds in the 3 bedrooms fit us perfectly. Nice comfortable beds, nice furnishings, great amenities. The beach was beautiful and such great sand. The pool is really nice although we did not use it this time. The workout room has top-notch equipment and we used it one day. The owner ANDY was always there to help if needed, and very responsive. We are looking forward to next time!!! Thank you for providing a great place for our family!

Almost perfect vacation

We had a great relaxing time. Upstairs neighbors were loud. Toilet in master bedroom was tiny, like a toddler toilet 😔very bad for older ladies

Everything was wonderful!

The condo was large, updated and very clean. The beach was beautiful, the Gulf was warm, and we saw lots of dolphins. Most importantly, Andy was so kind, thoughtful and informative from the moment I booked the condo to the time we had to leave. Thank you so much Andy! Your family is beautiful and my husband, my sons and I had a most restful and joyous week. We could not have been more comfortable.

Gulf Shores 2023

We have been coming to Gulf Shores for many years but this was our first time staying @ San Carlos. We loved it! The 3 fast elevators is a stark contrast to waiting & waiting for an elevator at other condominiums we've stayed at. The condo unit itself was very nice! We always love a corner unit so you can feel the continuous ocean breeze & there was plenty of seating. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Andy is very communicative and available. Unit is the nicest at San Carlos that we've stayed in (over the last 5 years). We will stay there again.

Best girls trip

We ( group of 70 year old ladies) take an annual girls trip to gulf shore. This condo met all our needs from comfortable beds to plenty of space. Owner was very courteous to make sure we arrived safely to if we needed anything. We will definitely use again.

Must Stay!

Our group of 6 loved Andy’s condo! Beds were comfortable, showers were spacious, master tub was jetted and relaxing, balcony was as large with plenty of seating. We never had to wait for an elevator. There were shopping carts to help us carry our luggage. When we return we’d love to stay here again!
