Lovely weekend at CowGrass

A lovely family stay, highly recommend as it was all well maintained with a beautiful and it made our stay very enjoyable and cosy. For those wanting to go to Mt Bulla, this is a great location as it makes it very accessible and the drive is not too far.

Beautiful spot

Very tranquil and peaceful setting with lovely views. Lodge very well appointed and clean with everything you could wish for really enjoyed our stay after being locked up for 6 months. Will be back!

Another Great Weekend @ Cowgrass Lodge

Our family had a great return visit to Cowgrass last weekend (Aug, 2016). Cowgrass is comfortable, warm, well appointed and in a beautiful area and location. I would strongly recommend a stay here for a quiet, private stay with a moderate level of luxury.

Tranquil and Peaceful

Absolutely fantastic place. surrounded by hills, grazing cows made for a great relaxing view, the place was spotless, immaculately presented. It has all you need. Local wildlife included Kangaroos, Kookaburras, cows and birds. Truly a relaxing place to stay to getaway or for for a trip to Mt Buller.

Absolutely Perfect in every way!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property. The owners keep the property immaculate. The views are stunning and in the nicest possible way, the photos do not do the beauty of the property justice! We spent 3 nights and wished we were staying for longer, what a perfect spot, we will definitely be back.

I couldn’t think of a better place to spend four nights. The views are jaw dropping but the energy is perfectly peaceful. One of the best family getaways we’ve had. NB

Excellent property

There was 7 of us staying, plenty of room to relax. The underfloor heating is fantastic, no real need to light the fire but you must have a fire going while you are lying on the couch reading and drinking wine! Quality all through and a fantastic kitchen, everything you could want for cooking up a storm.

Great gateway from Melbourne

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful farm. So calm and mesmerising. Diana, the owner, is so accommodating and great to reply to my endless emails. We were 3 families and felt very relax and I am happy that I started 2020 like this.

Piece of heaven!!

Cow grass just Amazing Location is just perfect,the house very nice furnished & modern .the kids wanted to go back... can't talk enough just amazing.the issue we had no phone reception. Will be back for sure

Lovely farm stay

We really enjoyed our time at the very well appointed Cow Grass Lodge. Great spaces, extremely comfortable beds and chairs. Lovely wood with plenty of wood provided. Very thoughtful supplies - esky and gold out chairs, towels for a river swim, pantry essentials and cooking extras. Toys for the kids. We loved walking around the property and seeing tabbies in the dam, wombat holes and cows to greet us. Even spotted a dingo from breakfast. Nicely tucked away but not too far from anywhere. We loved it and would stay again.
