Great views, right at the beach. Had an issues with the dryer texted owners to get it fixed before next person.

Overall great place to stay only issue was dryer did not work but was communicated with us by property owner. Could have used more bath towels due to dryer not working. But overall everything was as listed.

The view was absolutely gorgeous and my family had a amazing time at the beach and pool. However the condo could have been cleaner, looked as though it was a rushed job and bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. The security was not very friendly when going through the gate to park. Condo is right on the strip. Was not pleased with loud motorcycles and loud cars going up and down the street at all times at night waking us up? Very annoying.

Our stay was awesome! Great view. It was clean and decorated beachy. Very cute. Our Property Manager was very attentive to any concerns we may have had. We will definitely stay again. It was our home away from home!

We were told we could early check in at 1:00 pm. We traveled 4 hours to the condo, completely unpacked our vehicle and put everything on a dolly and traveled up to the room. We arrived at the room at 1:30 pm, input the code - which opened the door, and to our suprise housekeeping was there and was just barely getting started cleaning our room. I told housekeeping that we were told we could early check in at 1:00 and she said the room wouldn't be ready until atleast 3:00. Mind you, we had completely unpacked our car and had no where to put it and had a 1 year old toddler who we now had to entertain. She then stated to give her 30 minutes and she would clean as fast as she could. We went to the lobby and sat waiting and then arrived back at the condo in 30 minutes. Housekeeping stated that the towels were still going in the dryer and she had just mopped and to be careful on the floors. When we entered the room, the floors were covered in sand, there was no soap in the master bathroom, no extra toilet paper in either bathroom, the bath rug in the master bath smelled sour, when I filled up the bathtub in the master bath - black flakes floated out of the jets that I did not turn on. I had to sweep the floors as soon as we got there to get up the sand and fold all the towels. The mattresses in the master as well as the bunk beds were incredibly uncomfy. We ended up having a great trip, however our stay at the condo was less than satisfactory.

Beach stay

The property wasn’t cleaned good sand on floors coffee pot was dirty ceiling fans were very dirty we had kids knocking on door and windows all night long the first night got no sleep probably wouldn’t rent this property again!

Little slice of heaven

This property was absolutely perfect for my group of 6. 3 adults and 3 children. This condo was stocked, beach chairs, beach towels, even some sand toys for kids! Everything was very nice and clean. Our favorite part was that this unit was on second floor, so no need to wait on an elevator, just go down 1 floor with stairs. Amazing stay!!! Our family will definitely be back to this unit!

A gem off the beaten path

I was very happy with this apartment. It's located right on the beach but in an area away from the overpopulated areas of Panama City Beach. The building was clean and check in was very easy. The parking garage habusy street. The pey itself was very clean

Family Vaca

The condo itself was exactly as pictured online, clean and nicely decorated. The second bathroom and bunks were perfect for our two kids. The elevators were a little slow but being on the 2nd floor we mainly used the stairs.The outdoor pools were not heated, at least when we were there in December, but the indoor pool was.Amazing beach! The access to the sugary sand was literally a few steps away and so convenient. Parking in the garage was great and liked there was security staff.Only improvement is the maintenance crew should invest in a less noisy leaf blower which echoed on the street side every morning at 7 am. Would definitely consider this complex again and would for sure come back to this beach/Gulf area. Note: some area attractions were not open in December, including the onsite bar and grill. The marketplace was closed for construction.

Thanksgiving get away

We really enjoyed being in the 2nd floor. The beach view was amazing and it was super easy to get down to the pools and beach. The condo was nice and clean. We would have liked the kitchen to have had a few more pans. Cooking a big breakfast was hard with just 1 frying pan. The only other thing that could be addressed was the beds were more on the heard side so sleeping on them for a week made us sore. But over all the condo was nice, the parking is across the street but there are two covered bridges to cross over the road so it’s pretty simple!

I loved this unit was on the 2nd floor, especially with younger kids (we were able to take the stairs rather than wait for an elevator). The view was great, condo unit was everything we needed for our family, and checking in/getting in unit was simple!

We chose our unit due to the location to all the resort amenities and beach access...it's so convenient to run back up to the condo for something and get right back to beach/pool/bar. The lower level was a huge selling point for us!

We have one of the best cleaning crews and property manager that we could ask for. If anything needs attention, the communicate and it is handled in a very timely manner. The property is completely renovated and well kept!
