以前はアーティストのスタジオだったこの楽しい宿泊施設は、Berrimaのショップ、レストラン、歴史的建造物、アトラクションの徒歩圏内にあります。 スタジオは通りから戻ってきて、美しい庭園に囲まれているので、静かでプライベートな滞在が保証されています。

スタジオ12はスタジオスタイルの宿泊施設で、最大3名まで収容可能な1つの大きな部屋です。クイーンベッドとシングルベッドがあります。 趣味良く装飾された簡易キッチンには、電子レンジ、ケトル、トースター、バー冷蔵庫、電気ポット、グリルが備わっています。 リネンとタオルが提供されています。

I cannot recommend this studio enough. I stayed for a month whilst on my student nursing placement at Southern Highlands private hospital and I loved every moment. Robyn was kind, thoughtful and friendly, accommodating my every need. She replied within minutes whenever I messaged to ask questions and cleaned the studio (plus linen) every week. The location is gorgeous with a very short walk to lovely cafes. If you want to stay in Berrima, stay here.

The Studio was perfect for our girls weekend away. Convenient location and it was clean and comfortable. Loved looking out onto the gardens and the weather was lovely too during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Unreal Weather

The property is as it is descibed in the description. Lovely clean property that is very close to the pretty village of Berrima. Very cozy inside with a great air conditioner. The breakfast items were a added bonus. Would recommend to those looking for accommation. Turned on the outside lights for a late night return but these were turned off.

My friend and I had a lovely stay in Berrima the studio suited our needs and was close to the main street and was an easy walk to the cafes shops etc.

Cute cottage near the heart of town

Cute cottage in the heart of Berrima. Spacious and surrounded by lovely gardens. Owner is a good communicator which is always helpful.

Studio 12 Berrima

A lovely large Studio situated within easy walking distance to town. It was larger than we expected, set in beautiful gardens and was very quiet at night. The driveway was large enough for my 4WD and I could turnaround at the top. All utensils you could want for in the kitchen along with cereal and tea / coffee for a light breakfast. A large bathroom with all necessities makes this Studio a very pleasant place to stay. Highly recommended, we will be back.

Great studio perfect position for a weekend away for two. Close to Bendooley so perfect accommodation for the wedding we went to. Clean warm and comfortable.

Fantastic place.

Super clean, private studio. check in process was super easy. Very nicely located right near the middle of the town. With only a very short walk to the shops, and short drive to surrounding towns. The heating was amazing with the cold weather.

Lovely stay

The property is lovely and homely with plenty of room to spread out. Close to the village of Berrima - just a short walk to local cafes and stores. Would stay here again.

Cute Cottage

A sweet, rustic studio-like cottage with comfy beds and a quiet location. Good value - the whole place for the price of a hotel room (probably less), where you had space and privacy. It was a chilly weekend so the heating was fabulous too.
