A nice place that covers your needs

While this place may not be as flash as some other listings, it definitely has your bases covered. I enjoyed the convenience of the location - walking distance from Melbourne CBD and places of interest in the inner city. As a host, Neil was a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you for the stay!

Perfect for a weekend in the city

Great location

Fantastic location great host

Host was lovely and very thorough with directions to access the property. Place was in a fantastic location with walking distance to everything you need and more! Very much enjoyed my stay and will be back if I ever come this way again.

Brilliant!

This property has everything. Location is perfect, walking distance to cafes, markets, restaurants and trams. The house is very comfortable and extremely clean. It has everything you need. We loved it and would thoroughly recommend it!

Great Stay in the Chetwynd Apartment

Our experience staying at Neil’s place was fantastic! Great location in an apartment that captures the vibe of Melbourne architecture. Neil was super accommodating and friendly and the place is close to shops, tram stops and the Queen Vic markets. We definitely recommend!!

North Melbourne Retreat

I enjoyed staying in the accommodation that was well maintained and exceptionally clean. A bonus was the beautiful courtyard garden. It was interesting reading about the history of the grand building and also the recommendations for dining out. Great location.

Wonderful, cute apartment

The Chetwynd apartment was a wonderful, comfortable, wee apartment. We loved the proximity to the Victoria Markets, which is close to the CBD but in its own little part of town. Thanks to Neil for the clear communication and for being a great host.

Very comfortable stay!

It was a very cosy and comfortable stay. I had everything that I needed. I wish I could have enjoyed the garden area, but it was too chilly for that. I would definitely recommend the apartment for a single person or couple.

Great Location and Well Equipped

It’s a great little apartment with everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom clean and roomy and theres a lovely little lounge to relax in. There is also a little verandah overlooking a beautiful courtyard garden which we didn’t get to use due to rain. It’s a very handy position with trams just at the corner, and walking distance to the cbd. Great spot - we will be back.

Neil is a very helpful host. The apartment is in an excellent location close to trams, the Victoria Markets with easy access to the city. The apartment is a comfortable size with all amenities you need. Highly recommended.

Comfortable and convenient

We loved our stay at Neil and Les's- their place is very comfortable,clean, well located and was great value. We were able to walk to many cafes, restaurants and even the city. The sofa bed was amazingly comfortable, as was the bed in the bedroom. Communication was good. We would definitely stay again if we were to visit Melbourne.

North Melbourne stay

This is a great little apartment located in Melbourne’s inner north. The apartment has a well equipped little kitchen, comfortable living room and a beautiful courtyard garden. Victoria Markets is aromatherapy corner and the city centre a short team ride away. Neil was friendly and welcoming. Recommended.

a nice cozy apt with great location

The check in instruction was very clear. We liked the apt a lots. Do not be disappointed when you check in because the next building blocks out the sun and it looks dark but when the sun gets in, it will look very nice. Everything was so clean and nice with full supply of every basic things you needed for your stay. The white comforter and the nice towels made us feel like we were in 4-star hotel. The host was very quick to response. The best thing is its great location. Couple blocks to the Queen Victoria market. The tram stop is right at the corner of Your street and Victoria St ( if you have the Myki card for tram). Just walk 2 blocks to Peel street where the Victoria market is and there is a free city tram taking you every where in the center city. We went there for the Australian Open Tennis and it was super convenient. We walked couple blocks to Peel street to take the free tram to Findler st and we catched the free tram 70a directly to the open. At the Federal Court, there is a big creen so you can lay down and watch the Australian open tennis all day, free and enjoy the nice weather. We loved the apt a lot and definitely come back next time.
