LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! Enjoy sunsets with a water view at this newly renovated townhome. Located a half hour from beautiful Anna Marie Island & famous Siesta Key. Other white sand beaches just 20-25 minutes away. Enjoy unlimited things to do nearby like shopping at UTC, the riverwalk, breweries and much more! Great amenities include resort style heated pool, basketball & tennis courts, playground, and picnic area. Equipped with beach towels, chairs, and tennis rackets for your enjoyment. Please carefully read over our house/guest rules & policies… ☀️ WiFi information, TV instructions, Pool Rules, Trash & amenities information, etc. can be found in the guest book (Please take the trash out daily). Please read the book to find out other things you need to know.
🌴 This property is designed to comfortably accommodate 5 people max. $20 extra guest fee per person per night. Events/parties are not allowed unless given prior approval from the management company. An event fee must be paid as well.
☀️ Since the house is privately owned, the homeowners are not responsible for any illnesses, accidents or injuries that occur while on-premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of valuables or personal belongings. It is agreed by accepting this reservation that all guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite.
🌴 Please respect the neighbors by not having loud music/noise after 10 pm
☀️ Pets are not permitted. Violators will pay a fee of $100/day
🌴 The renters are responsible for the gate key and pool key. Any lost key will result in a $50 fee per key
☀️ Smoking is not permitted in the home or lanai. Smoking is allowed outside only ($500 cleaning fee if found smoking in the house or smoke smell)
🌴 Any lost, broken or stolen items/furniture will be subject to a damage fee which would be the full cost of the item. This townhome is newly furnished so receipts will be provided.
☀️ Please follow the proper check-out instructions. Other than that, just treat the property as your own & enjoy this hidden gem in paradise. 🌴 The amenities belong to the community and you get full access to them. However, very rarely, they can be closed for repairs. Compensation or reimbursement can be considered but not guaranteed. You will be notified the day we become aware of the closing.

The townhome was very welcoming and comfortable. The host provided adequate supplies and information for a comfortable stay. We appreciated that grocery stores and restaurants were nearby also the easy communication with the host. Would stay there again.

Property was exactly as listed….clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed; bathroom with each bedroom; screened lanai for enjoying coffee or a glass of wine. We did not use the pool, but we did explore Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key. We will look to book, again, for future stays in the area.

The place was extremely clean and had everything you needed to make your vacation enjoyable. Our host was amazing!!!! He was very responsive and helpful. Whenever we reached out to him, he responded quickly. We highly recommend staying at this unit.

This townhouse was perfect for 3 adults and one 17 year old visiting to play high school baseball. The home was just as described and had everything we needed. I loved that beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys are all provided. We had a few free days and were able to visit some beaches and the beach chairs were a life saver! We also spent one day at the community pool and wow, that pool is amazing. This entire neighborhood is great and a perfect place to take morning walks.The host was also amazing. He got back to me with every question I had and was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this townhouse and plan to visit again someday when I can spend more time visiting all of the beautiful beaches!!

The host had set the place up very nicely with a ton of great information. We were coming into town for our daughter's rugby tournament so between getting in late and leaving early, we didn't have much time to enjoy the townhouse, but my wife did love the bed and said we might need to get one like it.

Clean & Nicely Located

My son (17) & I stayed at the townhouse while he participated in a 2 week program at LECOM. The townhouse was immaculate, nicely furnished, & centrally located for our needs. It was a lovely “home away from home.”

Came in for a 4 night stay--soccer tournament at Premier Lakewood Ranch. Location was ideal with grocery stores nearby. 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths was infinitely better than the studio hotel rooms we're usually stuck with. And bonus points for washer/dryer. This was such a great unit and provided everything we needed...including a chair to take to the game!! Hosts were responsive and the unit was immaculate. Will definitely be rebooking if we're back for next year!

Wonderful stay

We were thrilled to stay in Jeffrey's vacation home, located in a quiet neighborhood near to the wedding we were attending. Although the pool was closed for construction, we still enjoyed using the provided beach chairs to sit out next to the lake & watch the wildlife. Jeffrey was quick to respond and attentive to our needs. Would absolutely stay again.

My daughter and I stayed here for a long weekend soccer tournament in the area. It was the perfect location. We had very early morning games and the spot was just a few minutes from the fields. Super convenient to everything we needed, including Publix, dinner spots, the beach! We felt very safe here. It’s a gated community. And the home is exactly as explained and photographed. Newly Renovated Town House

The hosts were great to work with and the access to the property was great. The building was clean and was newly renovated well. It wasn't far from restaurants and other stores. It was a great stay and we would stay again the next time that we are in FL.

Visit with Family in Bradenton

We were in town for a family birthday celebration. The townhouse was lovely - very clean, comfortable and in a great location with easy access to the Sarasota airport as well as shopping and restaurants. The hosts were very nice and quickly responded to my questions. We will definitely return.

Nice place!

Beautiful property, safe area, great location to airport and not far from any of the beaches. Also, close to several restaurants. The pool was getting worked on so we didn’t get a chance to use it, which was a bummer. Easy and quick communication with the owners. We would definitely consider staying again

Lovely property

Great 2 br 2.5 ba townhome in gated community. Very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. Just what my sister and I needed for a long weekend to visit family. We didn’t use any of the amenities in the community so cannot comment on them.

Clean and Plenty of Space

This is a well-located place close to both downtown and beaches, We loved how clean everything was and the fast communication with Matt. Plenty of space in all the rooms and a well-stocked kitchen. We did not use the pool, but the community was quiet and safe. I would recommend it!
