This is the best place. Clean, easy check in, look was perfect. Loved Maurine and she was responsive and helpful with everything. The place is loaded with everything you need. Definitely staying here again!

Great house. Very well appointed

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Our stay was a 4 night get a way and the house was perfect. While the weather was on the cooler side, we used the heated pool and the patio for nice sunny relaxing reading time. Perfect spot close to downtown, grocery, airport as well as easy access to the freeway for a day trip to Joshua Tree National Park..

Awesome home that exceeded every expectation!

Perfect getaway to Palm Springs. Amazing clean home with every amenity you need. Maurine is an amazing owner who is professional, quick to respond and makes every aspect of your stay welcoming and comfortable. Centrally located and easy to get to shopping, restaurants and activities. Cannot wait to come back. Good health.

Great mid-century home in a great location!

I booked this property for a long weekend stay with friends from the Midwest. Maurine the property manager was extremely responsive and helped us out with everything we needed. She gets five stars! The property itself is very clean, well stocked, impeccably decorated and in a prime location to the airport and downtown Palm Springs. There is a great pool area and another sitting area with a fire pit to enjoy outdoor time in the phenomenal weather. We didn’t think we would need the pool heated initially but a quick call to Maureen and she got it turned on for us ASAP. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully decorated mid-century modern home.

Maurine was very accommodating and responsive. The pool was a bit smaller than we expected, but it was perfect for us! The home is very close to downtown. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing experience!

Peaceful Stay!

The house was best and had everything we needed. The fire pit in back was wonderful to use as the evenings were cooler. We did t use the pool, but enjoyed sitting by it. We enjoyed using the 2 bikes to go for a morning bike ride to explore the city . The only issue we had was returning to the house on a Sunday afternoon and found that the electronic gate wouldn’t work. I called and left a message and received a call back within 20 minutes. One hour later the repairman was there ( it only took that long because he lives in Indio). We were very pleased with the communication and rapid results.

-House is immaculate and very private with high hedges and driveway gate. -Presents exactly as pictured…beds are super comfy, linens excellent and beautifully decorated. -Kitchen is stocked with all you need…appliances and utensils. -Back yard space has a great “vibe” and front pool area is relaxing. - “extras” like multiple pool floats and 2 bicycles are a nice plus. -easy to get to restaurants and hikes. -living room with super big TV and comfy sofas made for great group movie watching on Netflix. -welcome book was most complete And helpful I have ever seen. -owner/contact was a dream to work with. They are dedicated to having an excellent property and it shows. -would return without hesitation.

Excellent location in quiet neighborhood - easy 2.5, 3 miles from downtown, essentially a beeline down a main road, plus easy access to numerous hikes in the surrounding hills/mountains. House is up-to-date, very clean, and very well-stocked with all the things you need - linens, appliances, utensils, plates, etc. And very user friendly - instructions are clear and interaction with owner easy.

Nice clean home in Palm Springs

I enjoyed the nice clean home in a quiet neighborhood in Palm Springs. All instructions were clear and the pool was warm and clean. The beds and bedding were comfortable and cozy. The toilets and showers were clean and fresh. The backyard is very private and calm. The owner was very helpful, when I had a problem with mistakenly leaving behind a luggage bag! Thanks again!

Palm Springs for Thanksgiving

Enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. Kids enjoyed the pool as well as the large living room TV for watching the parade and other holiday favorites. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The location is convenient located near the Palm Springs International Airport.

Our weekend getaway was superb!! The description is spot on! This home is very secluded even though you are in the middle of a neighborhood you do not feel like you are. There are shrubs that totally surround the property. Both the pool and fire pit are so relaxing. I would definitely stay at this property again.

What a fantastic experience! The house is clean, beautiful, safe, well stocked with everything you need and more. The pool and yard are completely private and beautiful. The home is located close to everything- parks, restaurants, shopping and more. Maurine is simply the best. She is so responsive and thinks of everything. Private perfect retreat

What an amazing experience from the moment I booked the property. Maurine was fantastic. She sent clear, well thought out and helpful information about the property and the area. She also was extremely responsive and so fantastic to deal with. The property is just as pictured. The pool is very private as is the backyard. The home has everything you need and more and is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet. I visited for a girls weekend and we would love to visit again! Thank you again Maurine for all the special touches (turning the AC on prior to our arrival, having special drinks waiting for us and more!) we greatly appreciate all you did.

Great stay in Palm Springs at 766 S. Calle Tomas

This was a great experience. Checking in was a breeze, instructions were clear and everything was as we expected. Good central location, clean and nicely appointed. Plenty of cookware and spices if we had elected to cook. Comfortable living room and beds, all with great outside light. The pool was heated and a nice respite. Quiet neighborhood and the property was secure.

Nice home, stylish & comfortable

This home is stylish and comfortable with 2 bedrooms, office, 2 bathrooms, pool (in front of house), NO SPA. Very well appointed for cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything you need. Very functional. The host left us a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge as a welcome gift. Thank you, Maurine. The gas grill worked nicely. Located near the airport, so some flight noise at times. Gated property, digital door locks, remotes for garage and gate provided. Overall, great communication with the owner, very nice interior, visually bright, and nicely decorated. Comfortable. Functional. The only downfall for us is this is not a pretty neighborhood and is located 3 miles outside of Old Palm Springs areas. Plenty of spots to pick up groceries, pizza, etc.

Mini Vacation

This place was a great retreat from LA. It was homie, clean, lovely and inviting. We stayed for 3 nights. During Covid times you want to feel safe and secure and this home did that for us. Maurine (our host) was so great at relaying information. She communicated properly and I knew that if I needed her she would be available. Will definitely check this place out again.
