Amazing apartment that worked perfectly for our group of 5 adults. We brought our own binoculars and spotting scope and really enjoyed the wildlife views. Early morning coffee and first light mountain views will be special memories.

Amazing Montana Getaway!!!

This place is AMAZING!!! From the beautiful views, warm decor, spacious accommodations to the awesome hosts Elena and Mike
this experience exceeded all expectations. The location is great as well offering a short ride to Livingston and an hour from Gardiner and Yellowstone. We HIGHLY recommend staying here and we’ll be back!!!

Perfect place to stay

This place is perfect and suited our family of 5 very well (kids 11, 9 and 9). Ideal location for visits to both Bozeman or Livingston. The home is clean, well appointed and has incredible views of the mountains, wildlife and stars. Mike and Elena are excellent hosts. Highly recommended.

Family stay in Livingston

Absolutely loved our time spent at Mike and Elena’s. Most welcoming hosts and super knowledgeable about things to do in the area. Our lodging was the absolute best with everything we needed for our stay. Downtown Livingston was a short trip away for any groceries or restaurants we might need. Yellowstone is also close enough for a day trip. Highly recommend checking that out. Lots of beautiful scenery to enjoy. Thank you Mike and Elena for a most amazing stay while in Montana!

Best Stay in Livingston!!

WOW! Mike and Elena have the best property with the most beautiful house to stay in. You can sense the pride they have in their well-built, meticulously clean VRBO. Everything about it is absolutely perfect and we will for sure be staying here again the next time we are in Livingston. Every view is breathtaking, and the horses below are the perfect touch. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. 10/10 recommend.

Quintessential Montana Living

Flying K Ranch is quintessential "Montana living" -- we felt we got a true Montana experience. The lodging above the barn is a beautiful space, with everything you could need and then some. It served as a great home base for exploring Livingston/Paradise Valley and we'd highly recommend. Elena and Mike were great hosts and we hope to be back sometime soon!

Beautiful and clean!

Hosts are EXCELLENT! Super easy to get a hold of and the listing is more beautiful in person. The photos don’t do it justice. Quiet, private, yet close to Livingston and easy to get to the interstate. This will be our go to place to stay from now on. More than enough room to accommodate comfortably the group we had.

Everything was AMAZING!!! Curtains in the other rooms for the morning sun would be appreciated, otherwise EVERYTHING else was top notch. Beautiful place among the green hills and quiet moments of Montana. Gorgeous!

Girls trip!

Everything about this property was perfect! The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you would need. The peaceful location and amazing views are a must to experience! It is off the beaten path (which is exactly what we wanted) but just a short drive to Livingston and Bozeman. The owners are so nice and stayed in contact should we need anything. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental if you’re want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Gorgeous and relaxing

What a great time! Beautiful location, welcoming and thoughtful hosts. Everything from the horses below to the peaceful runs I took in the surrounding areas have convinced me that we need to return as soon as possible. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need to make anything you want if you desire to cook. An easy place to walk into, drop your bags and instantly feel at home.

Heaven In Montana

Mike and Elena are amazing! Even before we arrived, they were in communication with us on important travel information and helped us with shopping tips and etc. They were the most gracious hosts. The cabin was outstanding. Far exceeded our expectations and Elena has thought of everything and more. We enjoyed seeing their horses and getting to enjoy the Montana lifestyle. They were very attentive to our needs and provided a variety of amenities typically only found in a boutique hotel. The well-appointed kitchen, spacious living areas, and private balcony allowed us the opportunity to unwind. The Perfect Home Away From Home!

My husband & I booked this guest house for our honeymoon. We just got married on 10/9/21. So, this would be our first week in Montana for the both of us. It was perfect, from the quiet of the landscape, to the Mule Deer all around us, to the beautiful guest house we stayed in with details from my home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to start our marriage. When Elena meant fully stocked, she meant fully stocked! She thought of everything from the hair dryer, make-up wipes, laundry detergent, soft green or organic towels, Mrs. Myers soap, hand lotion, warm blankets, and fresh linens, to a fully stocked coffee bar (which is essential)! In fact, pretty much all of the items she had in the house were brands that I currently used in mine! The decor was perfect as my husband and I both love the outdoors, and grew up hunting, fishing, and working with cows and other animals. Plus, who doesn’t love a stove (they have central heat and air in addition to the stove as well), which kept us warm and toasty all week, even through a snow storm! This is an amazing place! You feel like you actually live in Montana when you stay here! The peace and quiet is amazing!!! Who wouldn’t want to stay in a guest house above a horse barn, complete with horses! If you want to experience a true piece of Montana, with luxurious comfort, and peace and quiet, stay here! Y’all won’t be disappointed! Five Stars All Around!! - Levi & Debbie Short (GA)

Phenomenal!

If you like a view with your morning coffee or evening drinks, this place had it! Bring binoculars and enjoy the local wildlife. The house was furnished with everything you could need. We like to cook. Our kids loved petting the horses. The hosts were very kind, generous and knowledgeable. Livingston is a quaint town for shopping. Paradise Valley is beautiful. The only downside was visiting Yellowstone made for a long day, but we were trying to cram a LOT into a small amount of time. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to stay.
