Everything in this review is absolutely NOT true but for a new couch that hadn't even been on the premises 24 hours. This guest did nothing but complain from the moment she stepped in my house. I am more than happy to allow anyone in to see it to show otherwise. The couch she described has never been in my home and she never asked about said couch. My guest prior to her had broken the couch we had and until I could replace with a newer couch, I ordered this one in so at least there was a couch. She was told this. I since have gotten a new couch, that I had been waiting for. The cover on couch was to protect from her dogs. When she started being horrible, I offered her to leave, no strings attached and she refused. Not my fault if she stayed then. All beds are new and are very comfortable and if you look at my reviews on multiple sites, you will see this. The padding as she incorrectly identified was a mattress protector and I believe she knows how to remove that if she was so hot. The sheets were brand new so there wasn't any such stains, that is to cover her excuse for being rude. Funny, she never brought that up to me and believe me, she isn't shy to tell you what she doesn't like. My neighborhood is NOT sketchy, it is an older neighborhood but people are sweet and had she taken the time to get to know them, she would have found this out. I have many reviews on many homes I have and you will see I am a super host on all of them. I have guests around the world who stay with us as well. The disgusting yard was in fact an alley that the city has to take care of, and which she neglected to tell you, had already been informed to come take care of as their trashmen had spilled trash in alley. Also this has been resolved by the city. She was aware of this. As for her dogs not being able to be on couch, they shouldn't be anyway. She did not bring up leaving, I offered her to leave and had even contacted VRBO to see what could be done to refund her IN Full. I have never had as rude of a guest as she was and if this an example of her not being one to complain, than I feel sorry for those who do. Do not rent to her if you enjoy your sanity. The pictures on web site are up to date and again more than happy to show in person before your stay. Also I should mention the alley she was so offended by can NOT be seen from any room in the house as I have a large yard with a tall privacy fence. Please look at pictures, as it will show this as well. I am also happy to provide pictures, if requested of the offending alley. Oh, and she told me prior to her stay that she knew my neighborhood well, so if she thought it was sketchy, why would she stay there?
