We could not have asked for a better place to stay! Our hosts were awesome - attentive and very accommodating. This was a well appointed and clean home in an ideal location in Litchfield Park. The pool was refreshing and great for our family. This was a perfect vacation for us

Five star property

This home was lovely & spacious with all the necessities & lots of extras in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk away from a little lake that my little terrier & I loved walking around every morning & evening. My family enjoyed the covered patio & swimming in the pool. Communication with our host was easy and received quick responses to my questions. I would definitely rebook and recommend this property.

Delighted with the Litchfield area in Goodyear

We came to Arizona to help with my brother-in-laws recovery from a surgery. Our main criteria in selecting a vrbo was simply to be close to him. But what a gem we found. The house is extremely livable, the area is quaint, there is a small lake at the end of the street, and the home is conveniently located to shopping and all kinds of restaurants. We would rent the home again in a heartbeat.

Everything you could want or need.

What an amazing place to stay. Had everything needed right down to the kitchen appliances. It really opened up my options to have access to something like a blender, or any of the pots and pans, or even the 2 types of coffee machines. It really is a home away from home. Clean and comfortable. Personally I was quite pleased with the pool. It's very rare for a 6'6" individual to enjoy a pool with a deep end that I couldn't touch bottom without going under. Quiet community and neighbors. Close to just about anywhere you would want to go. Would very much stay here again if I ever get the chance.

Comfortable, Clean, and Great Location

The property was very clean and comfortable and the air conditioning worked beautifully. Heidi was very responsive to our questions. The only issue we had was the internet/cable. It was very unreliable despite being reset several times. This made it difficult for my husband and our friend to work from the house and we had to use hotspots or go to a local Starbucks to access internet. Other than that, the house was perfect for our group.

A surprise for the teens

We wanted to surprise our teenagers with a get away to somewhere they haven’t been. They were so happy to explore Arizona! We had amazing weather ! The house was perfect for our family of 5. The kids swam in the pool while we were not exploring . The house had plenty of pool toys and beach towels. They also took advantage of the Jenga and puzzles. The house overall was stocked very well. Everything we needed they had! It was a great location to pretty much everything. The neighborhood is very quiet . We will definitely be back to this area and this property again!! Owners were very nice and communicated well with us .

Lovely Home, Great Location, Wonderful Hosts

We enjoyed our week at this lovely home. It's in a terrific location just a half block from Tierra Verde Lake Park. Everything was clean and nice and even better than the pictures. From great coffee to pool toys -- the place had everything we could want. Lounging by the pool in December was a special treat coming from Washington state. We also found the hosts to be extremely accommodating and friendly. We highly recommend this home if you're visiting Phoenix.

Great house with an awesome location

The house and stay itself were great, agent was fantastic and on top of everything, the house was clean and friendly, the only downside I had noticed was parking was to small for a full size pickup so had to park outside of fence, and a stray cat that sprayed my truck and surrounding areas of yard every night. Other than that the house was great.

Perfect

My dog and I came to Arizona for my birthday to go see the Phillies play the Diamondbacks. We stayed here and just had the most relaxing time! The pool is amazing in the summer desert heat. We took walks around the lake every morning (which is right up the street) and even went hiking in the mountains. We also walked to the nearby restaurants for breakfast and lunch. This property is perfectly located in a quiet neighbourhood and provided a relaxing retreat for me and my puppers.

Desert Gem!

This place is absolutely wonderful! Big bdrooms, current furnishing and, of course the pool, make this place a fabulous famiky getaway. We just loved every minute of it!

great little get away

Overall, our stay was great. House was clean, the smell of new carpet, and had essential items for a stay. As it got closer to our arrival, I was unsure of the check-in process. I was finally got an email from the actual homeowner which made the process seamless. The property management company indicated they had emailed information, but I had not received it. Not a deal breaker, but a little frustrating.

The Good Life

Perfect location for golf, baseball & outdoor adventures! The house is lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed the big pool and relaxed outside while bbq-ing. We all can’t wait to come back to this fantastic house. Clean, big and comfortable!

Phoenix Engagement Party Trip

The house was great. Really good location and neighborhood. Clean and well put together home. Heidi and Steve were super host. Easy to reach , quick to respond and most accommodating. They even sent the kids some awesome cookies. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Phoenix.
