Breathtaking View!

We loved our stay at Oceana Sunset! The view and proximity to the beach were spectacular! My favorites were my morning coffee and often evening wine on the upper balcony watching the ocean and sunset! We ate all our meals at the large outdoor table, and really enjoyed the barbecue and fireplace. The kitchen had everything we needed and having two indoor lounge areas was really nice for our family! We loved this house and will definitely stay again!

We will be back!

Beautiful holiday acommodation, special and quiet location, close to everything, spacious layout, large bedrooms, comfy beds, arrive with your groceries ... everything else is there. Checkin instructions arrived in the email before check-in time and couldn't be easier. The less than 5 minute walk via private access to the beach is brilliant. I can't speak highly enough of James the owner for his responsiveness to our only issue. The hot water system had failed but instead of mucking around to try fix it he sourced a plumber that same morning and had the system replaced within hours so hot water was available by late afternoon. He also followed up early evening to ensure the new system was performing. This property is absolutely brilliant for families with 5 bedrooms and all other amenities available including undercover barbeque area complete with wood burner fire place for cooler nights. My only warning to prospective holiday makers is the property is of an age when disabled access was not a priority so although access for wheel chairs is possible the homes layout will be challenging for wheel chair manoeuvrability.

Beautiful piece of paradise!

This property is amazing! Its in a beautiful location with ocean view and a short walk to the beach. The house is huge and fit our party of six with no problem. It is a very well kept place with lots of extras. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and everything else you would need to cook. The barbeque worked great and outside areas were perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will stay again next time we visit. James was very easy to communicate. I give this place 5 stars! A++++

Stunning sunsets, great location and perfect for families!

We had an incredible family holiday at this property! The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, and the direct access to the beach made it so easy to take the kids down to the beach each morning. The house has everything you could need for a great stay. The host, James was lovely and went above and beyond to accommodate our booking requests, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s a fantastic place for families looking for a peaceful, relaxing beach getaway. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay in Warnbro Sound

Couldn't have been happier with our stay in Warnbro. The house was an amazing landing spot for a family visit to the area - first time together since the pandemic. The kitchen had all we needed for prepping food on site, there were multiple heaters and blankets (which we needed for a few days!), and the location to the beach couldn't be beat. Easy trips to Rockingham Foreshore, the train station, and day trips to Perth and Mandurah. Home was very clean and everything working properly. Excellent communication throughout our stay with the owners. We hope we stay at this property for our next family visit!

Ideal base for our family, and house/location is a holiday unto itself

We had a great stay at Oceana Sunset. We used to live in the neighbourhood and had returned for a wedding, so it was fantastic proximity for visiting our friends and “our” beach. In addition to this, the home itself has a pathway to the beach which was great fir the kids and us alike. We hope to book again next time we travel back to Warnbro. Thank you James and Thuy.

Ideally located beachside property with acres of space and beautiful gardens

We really enjoyed our 3 week's stay in Warnbro and the Oceana Sunset proved to be the ideal base to visit family, see more of WA and relax on the beach... The Oceana Sunset is a vast property that is ideally located next to a beautiful beach in a quiet area. Situated in beautiful gardens, the house has an extensive patio/deck area and an upstairs balcony so you can really enjoy the excellent views and outside space. The house is well equipped and has ample space to easily accommodate large families/groups for extended periods.

Isolation fortnight

House is quite spacious and comfortable (although lack of a/cond in a string of very hot days wasn’t great), and the location is excellent. Great views, sea breeze and beach access whilst retaining good privacy.

Lovely quiet and private location all as advertised. Decor different to our tastes but that’s beauty of holidays. Only negative is we needed to clean the windows so we could see the beautiful view.

We were limited to fully enjoy the property and surroundings due to the high winds and weather, but the home certainly allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay. Very well equipped kitchen to have a wonderful dining experience. All the comforts of home and more.

Stayz review for Pembroke crt Beach house

We had an amazing experience. Absolutely stunning home with gorgeous ocean views. We particularly liked the private beach access and spent loads of time in the ocean. The beds and linen were to "die for" , so comfortable , with the ocean to look out to. I would highly recommend this property. Everyone had a wonderful time and our host communicated very well with us. We didn't want to leave....

Beautiful house, views and a stunning beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the house is as advertised, with easy access to the beach & stunning views. A lot of space for the kids to play too! The beach was stunning, and a 3 minute walk from the house.

Beautiful place for a family getaway

It felt like we rocked up to a mansion! Lovely big house with plenty of space for everyone, not to mention the stunning views we cannot get enough of. Clean and tidy, communicative owner, we couldn't ask for more.
