Wonderful Backyard Oasis

We loved the pool and hot tub, and the outdoor TV was great to chill out with in the fresh air. The moms raved over the beautiful flowers.

Girls’s Weekend

We rented this home in the middle of July. And it was perfect. The pool, hot tub, and the house itself provided us an enjoyable stay. The owners were really great to work with. Thank you so much. Will be back.

Perfect vacation house

This vacation house was much better than what you saw in the online pictures. Our family of 10 (multi generation) thoroughly enjoyed the house. There were plenty of space for family gathering, gorgeous yards full of flowers, kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms were large, beds were comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were both nice. There were a lot of nice touches like pool towels were neatly hung near the pool and there was outdoor shower to clean off after the swim. There was outdoor grill, lounge chairs and outdoor eating area. Everything you needed for a comfortable vacation was provided…. The only drawback was the location. It was a little bit far from downtown Minneapolis (35 min. Drive).

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and comfortable for our family get together with 10 people. Having the pool/Hot tub/Volleyball provided a lot of fun. Would stay here again without hesitation

Family wedding and gathering

We were pleased with the close location to the MN Arboretum where a family wedding was held. The house and grounds were lovely; pool and hot tub were used daily and the portable fire ring as well! It was very private and quiet at night. We loved being all together for meals, but having separate areas to sleep in. The open spaciousness of the first floor was so nice for the little ones. The baby (16 months) learned to crawl up and down the stairs by the time we were all leaving! The older kids really liked the lower level with TV and video games component. The only draw back was the highly scented oils in room and dryer sheets, which several people were allergic too. The washer and dryer were used daily! I supplied our own dye free/scent free detergent and sheets. Overall, the setting was great for our group of 10.

Fantastic pool

Our family enjoyed our stay. The pool temperature was perfect. Lots of space in the house with an open flor plan on the main level when eating meals and hanging out. So clean and we appreciated the towels and linens provided. Jenny was very responsive and helpful. Would love to visit again!

A wonderful stay

The property is exactly as advertised, absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a family getaway. We traveled with two toddlers, having the pool both gated and able to be covered gave us great peace of mind. Jenny and Dave are great hosts, highly recommend!

Girls Weekend

A well-kept, spacious home, perfect for our girls weekend. The large pool and backyard allowed us to relax in a private environment. Jen the host was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly.

An Amazing Find in the Minneapolis Area

The home and property are absolutely lovely! A well maintained pool and hot tub and great lawn area for children of all ages to play. Wonderful outdoor grill. Very safe for children as the pool can be covered when not in use as well as keeping it clean. Plenty of seating, indoor and outdoor for relaxing and for dining together. Many amenities on grounds and in spacious house made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Most importantly, the owner was easy to contact during our stay and all questions were quickly answered by the owner, Jennifer, when they arose. This is our second time here and we are absolutely planning on returning next summer.

Amazing getaway

Could not say enough good things about this property. Beautiful lawn/outdoor setting. The pool and hot tub were so great, lots of space for yard games. Great kitchen. Lots of sleeping space. Perfect for a small get together. Hosts were very responsive and great to work with.

Couldn't be Happier with this Property!

Everything about this property was fantastic and we couldn't be happier with the way our staycation turned out. The property owners Jenny and Dave were an absolute pleasure to work with. Always quick to respond to questions and concerns, and very easy to work with. The property itself is a little slice of paradise. The landscaping and outdoor areas are just amazing. The pool and patio area was fantastic and is where we spent most of our time. The house was even better than described. Very modern and easily fit our family of 8. We can't say enough good things and highly recommend this property to others that are looking.

Could not have been more perfect

The rental could not have been more perfect. Everything in the place worked well. Jenny was quick to respond to questions whenever any thing came up. She was very flexible on check-in and check-out times. Which was extra nice. The house slept 7 adults and 3 children with room to spare. Including family living in Minneapolis and some in town staying at other accommodations, our group was 8 kids and 11 adults. The kids spent the entire visit between the pool and hot tub and the diving board got a real work out. The house is lots more spacious than it looks online. It is very comfortable, up-to-date and well kept. The landscaping is outstanding and the setting is nicely secluded for a neighborhood place. I'm hoping we can plan a return trip for next summer.

Amazing Home!!

There aren't enough good things to say about this home! We rented this house for a girls weekend, wished we didn't have to leave. Jennifer and Dave were SO helpful and responsive, which made the process that much better. The home is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. The landscaping is pristine, the pool is so clear and relaxing, the lights over the hot tub add some sparkle, and the kitchen and living room were a perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. Highly recommend this property, we can't wait to stay again!

Very comfortable home with pool for family reunion for ten. Would highly recommend

Our family of 5 children, (ages 1-5) and 5 adults were very pleased with the home. We spent the majority of our time outdoors around a beautiful pool and hot tub and outdoor table seating for 8. Plenty of chaise lounges to relax in along side the pool The yard area was not only lovely, but gated from the pool for safety as well and a nice place for the little ones to kick a small ball around. Jenny, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating and met us on arrival and explained the usage of pool, hot tub and other amenities. Kitchen well stocked with cooking and eating utensils and pantry with condiments, spices and oils, which was much appreciated. Indoor seating more than adequate for group. Nice playroom in lower level. The 4 and 5 yr old loved the trampoline, which was netted, so we didn't have to worry about them falling off. We have rented many homes for various reunions and this one we have bookmarked for a return! The landscaping is simply gorgeous and adds to the ambience of the stay.
