Located about 20 minutes by car from Cebu-Mactan Airport, this stylish, high-floor one-bedroom unit in the upscale Mactan Newtown condominium offers stunning ocean views.

The apartment is clean, bright, airy, and very comfortable. It's just a 5-minute walk to the breathtakingly beautiful Mactan Newtown Beach (there’s also a shuttle jeep available). Mactan Newtown is a self-contained community with everything you need: restaurants, cafes, clubs, supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, money exchange, food courts, and spas. The warm waters of Cebu are swimmable year-round. The private beach is beautiful and features a charming beach bar and pool.

The private bedroom includes a full-size bed. The living area is furnished with a dining table for four, a two-seater sofa, a single armchair, and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, and essential cooking utensils. There is a separate bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. A washer with dryer is available for guests staying five nights or more.

High-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning are provided free of charge. Towels and a hair dryer are also available.
