The bedrooms all had comfortable king beds and TVs although there was a missing remote so we couldn't use the one in the master bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, glasses, dishes, and silverware. Our family enjoyed the hot tub. The main room had nice sofas. The location is conveniently for walking to restaurants and shops. There were some maintenance issues so we contacted the host who had a repair man come. The dining furniture is worn out and needs to be replaced.

Perfect for our group, 6 adults. Great to have three bathrooms and the hot tub was fantastic. Perfect location to walk to town. Would rent again.

The condo is great. The location is convenient for walking into town and is a 7 min walk to the Quicksilver chair or a 2 min walk to the Main St Junction stop. It was well stocked and we enjoyed the hot tub after long days of skiing. We also enjoyed having use of the gym. Diane was responsive when we had questions. Overall great rental.

Firecracker 50 Mountain Bike Race weekend.

Property was ideally located and as advertised. Host answered all questions. Loved the place and will stay there again.

Came into town for Oktoberfest. Great location to walk to town. Accommodations were perfect for 3 couples. Difficult to find rooms without bunk beds - this has a bunk, but it is 3 kind beds. Roomy and comfortable.

Great Locagtion

Nice location and great size. The kitchen is very well stocked. I like staying on the south end of Breck because you can walk to restaurants easily.

We had a great stay at Warriors Mark in Breckenridge.

We had a great trip and would definitely return! We especially enjoyed the private hot tub and variety of games and puzzles for kids! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The only improvement would be carpet cleaning as there is some visible wear and tear but that’s to be expected with a ski condo!

It was my pleasure hosting Kelly. Kelly has respected my house rules, communication ran smoothly and most importantly the condo was left in great condition. I highly recommend Kelly as a guest and would love to host her again. We are in the process right now of replacing our carpet this week. The main part of the house will have hardwood flooring and new carpeting in the bedrooms.

Absolutely Recommend!

Our family had a fantastic summer vacation in Breckenridge. The condo was spotless, spacious, and incredibly well-equipped. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic location! I

We loved the location. Right on the edge of the Main Strip. The condo was really well equipped and clean. The beds were comfortable and we liked the 3 full bathrooms. Only negative would be dim lighting in the living room so difficult to read there in the evening. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue. We would definitely stay there again.

The host was very welcoming and available for questions, advice, etc. before we arrived AND once we got there. The information provided about the condo was spot on and the kitchen was VERY well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, appliances, etc. We appreciated the towels, shampoo, etc. for showering, the beds were comfortable and the location was great. The only negative was the noise from the residents above late into the night/early hours of the morning and the mechanism on the outside of the building near the front bedroom (perhaps a heater turning on/off?) These are things the host cannot control. I only mention them for the awareness of future renters. There might be "quiet hours" for the building. I didn't ask about that b/c I didn't want to spoil anyone's fun.

We loved the close location of being able to walk into town! The property had lot's of space which we loved. The only issue we had is there are no numbers of the address to see where the property is from the parking lot. I would suggest putting numbers on the back side of the property so one could see the address from the parking lot. There was also an outdated key pad that didn't work which I would recommend be removed. The working key pad on the door blended in with the door and we were trying the one that didn't work for quite sometime. Thankfully a neighbor helped us out!Otherwise this property is great! Highly recommend!

The 3 stops closest to our condo is "Base 9" "Sinclair" and "Main Street Junction". It will just depend on the route on which stop will be the shortest time to your destination.
