Cozy little place. Pretty much everything you need for a short stay. Everything else you might need is a very close, quick drive or Uber.

Check in was easy :0)The unit was clean and well decorated, BUT it is located on a VERY busy street, and it was not a quiet stay.Bed pillows are very large and uncomfortable.The unit is in need of major maintenance attention, it is very dated and old, with just a coat of paint applied to try and update, but even that is chipped.Mold in the caulk in the tub/shower :0(Very few outlets and the ones that are present, are old and the plugs fall out.Kitchen counter has a microwave and coffee pot, and that leaves no counter space.Large closet was nice but lacked, a dresser or even luggage racks. Hooks would have been nice.With a few changes and maintenance, this could be a better vacation experience.

Great Value and Convenient

I spent four nights at this location and was very pleased. I think this place works best for solo or couple travelers; it is essentially a one room location plus bathroom. But as an individual who just needed quick access to some popular parts of Austin, this place was great. If I were contemplating a hotel vs. this location I would choose this since it situated me close to places like the botanical garden while giving me access to west 6th. It’s very well positioned and for its price is better than anything else you’ll get in the area. I did compare pricing and this was far better than most hotels, while being far closer to everything I wanted to be close to. The neighborhood was peaceful and the actual room was comfortable, with a plush bed, comfortable couch, and a kitchen area for food and drinks. It made my stay very convenient and very comfortable.The only critique I might make is that the water for the shower never seemed to really get worm, so I felt my showers were toward the cold side. However I didn’t think it was that pressing clearly, since I never brought it up during my stay. And it feels like the sort of thing that could be easily addressed. The place was fundamentally an excellent experience.At its core, this location was an incredible place to stay that was convenient and accessible at unbeatable prices. I plan to return again in the future.

Just Right

Brought my two 17 yr olds for the ACL Festival. Only took us 30 mins to walk there and was under $10 to get a Lyft back at night. Perfect size for the 3 of us. No dishwasher but I had teenagers for that. Dishes and flatware was dirty in cabinets and they only had 3 forks in the house but we made it work and host was apologetic. This place is quaint and cozy as well as close enough to walk places. Will be back again for an adult only weekend soon!

Quick Visit

This was a perfect location for a quick visit with my family. Very clean. Bed is very firm which I prefer. I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

Great place to stay!

My husband and I loved this place! We like to take a stay-cation once a month to keep our lives from becoming too routine and lifeless. We look for different places around Austin and the surrounding area, just to get away, relax and celebrate us. This place was perfect! It is a very quiet, clean, lovely little apartment. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I would have appreciated a text or email reply when I could not get into qr code manual because of phone issues. Maybe you can just have the wifi info placed in the condo. Other then that the stay was fine and condo clean

Good location

It was a nice location and a cute little studio. My only complaint is the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in and the pillows were rock hard. It would sure be nice to get a good night sleep but other than that it was great!

Quiet and Cozy

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Enfield. It was very quiet, and the space was cozy. We were only a mile (5 min drive) from downtown. The place was clean, and I will definitely book this place again.

3 night stay in Austin

I liked it. It was a very nice clean place in a great location. The bed was comfortable, nice big TV with lots of channels. I texted the owner with some questions about the WIFI and TV and he responded within minutes and solved the issues. Comfortable sofa and functional well equipped kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, toaster, utensils, plates, coffee maker. Big walk-in closet. I'll be back. Only three minor suggestions: I cook so a cutting board would have been useful; A sightly larger coffee table in front of the sofa so two could sit and eat would be nice; since there is no window in the bathroom a functioning vent / fan would be nice. I recommend it and will be back myself.

Great value, location

This is a great value for the space and location. There is a bit of road noise from Enfield that is pervasive throughout the unit and there is some touch-up work that would spruce it up a bit but generally it is in good shape. The internet didn't work when I was there but thankfully I could tether to my phone and didn't need it much.

Great value

Spent a month here while trying to find a surgeon willing to do elective surgery during the covid19 outbreak. The location is a great value; while the living room windows look out on the small parking lot, it actually works well because there are lots of trees. The parking lot is anchored on both east and west sides by very old, very large oak trees, the branches of which meet over the center of the small parking lot. The view is actually very nice and very green. Very convenient to public transportation. The 18 is three stops from all the major north/south bus routes. The kitchen is kitted out well; you can even bake cookies if you like. The owners were very fast to respond to the (very) few issues I had there. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and I recommend it to others.

Not for business trips

Some issues with the flat: - no desk, no table to sit down and have a meal - kitchen and bathroom surfaces are sticky, very annoying - fridge is quite noisy, one needs earplugs to sleep. But if you are only planning to sleep and shower in the flat, it is just fine!
