This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bath home features an open-concept living area with a gas fireplace, smart TV, and dining space for ten—perfect for gathering after a day on the slopes. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops makes cooking for a crowd effortless, while the covered deck invites guests to relax in the private hot tub and enjoy the surrounding aspen grove, where wildlife often wanders by.

With two king suites offering private baths and smart TVs, plus additional queen and bunk bedrooms, the home accommodates families and groups with ease. The heated garage, level driveway, and outdoor seating area make year-round stays comfortable and convenient.

Located just 2.5 miles from downtown Breckenridge, the gondola, and Peaks 6–9, guests enjoy quick access to shopping, dining, and world-class skiing. During ski season, take advantage of the free in-town shuttle for easy transportation.

Great home , exactly as described!

The home was exactly as expected, beautiful home with plenty of space. Hot tub was our favorite place to hang out! Only comment I would make is that the driveway and the short hill leading to the home were not cleared while we were there and our van had quite a bit of trouble getting into the drive after a snow storm

Great house in the mountains with views

Great house and beautiful views in the mountains. We had awd suv which is recommended to drive up the mountains. Location was secluded enough while still being only 8-10 min drive from Main St. Also enjoyed the open concept between the living room and kitchen as well as the patio. We would stay here again.

Perfect for a family

Excellent property. Clean, close drive to downtown Breckenridge, close to trails, and the house is exactly as listed. We even had a few moose stop by almost on a daily basis in the early mornings and after dinner.

Family Vacay

Everything was perfect except the hot tub. The information says it is checked/serviced daily but it was ice cold when we arrived. We had to call back the front desk and VRBO several times to get the matter resolved. Someone finally arrived Friday afternoon and it was finally usable on Saturday. Clear and accurate communication and working amenities would have been helpful.

Awesome house

This house is more beautiful than the pictures show. Everything you need is there, and the management company is very accommodating sending out the jacuzzi service for us when the water was too low and also a service person to fix the fireplace. Very clean, lots of towels and blankets, games and puzzles. Great kitchen too cook in. We highly recommend this home for a breckenridge vacation.

Comfortable Clean Quiet

The house was just the right size for our party of 8. Room set up and kitchen set up was excellent and just the way it was described on line. Might want to include the alarm code in the check in instructions. We were able to contact owner very fast and turn it off. That was the only blip we had...everything else went as expected!

Beautiful home and an Owner that cares

We absolutely loved our stay in Breckenridge. The home is more beautiful in person, the photos do not do it justice. We were easily able to find the property with google maps, as long as we had service, and it was so close (about a mile) to free parking to be shuttled to the gondola. They had plenty of kitchen equipment to cook and lots of space to eat and prep (14 seats between table and stools in kitchen), lots of games and puzzles to enjoy, and the hot tub had a beautiful setup and easy access. We did get quite a bit of snow and we realized the printout was outdated in the home, however the Owner did send us electronic copy and that had the accurate information for the snow plow. The property manager did call plow and owner, however they did not arrive before we left, but there was so much snow and then a snow squall the company likely didn't have a chance to come. Everyone was very responsive and the Owner clearly cares about his property and the people that enjoy it. They did provide some soap, shampoo, and toilet paper/paper towels which was very nice surprise as some homes do not provide enough. We absolutely loved it and we hope to stay there again in the future!

STAY HERE!

Richard and Linda have a wonderful place on the mountain! The check in was easy! When we arrived we could not believe our eyes the pictures don’t do it justice the place is beautiful! They had EVERYTHING we needed from extra towels to sugar and spices! It was only a few min ride to Peak 9 our two families totaling 9 had a great time and had plenty of room! Would definitely recommend this property!

Best Family Vacation!

We had a wonderful family vacation! The home was perfect. Plenty of space for all 8 of us. Kids enjoyed the games and bunk beds and the hot tub! Kitchen was equipped with all we needed to cook a great family dinner each night! The location was perfect and close to everything we did - skiing, snowmobiling, tubing and all the beautiful sights in Breck! The owners are also very communicative and super helpful with sharing suggestions and advice that made our vacation perfect! Highly recommend this beautiful home! We will surely stay there again!

Beautiful house with all the amenities

After a lot of research, I selected this house for a recent Colorado ski vacation for two families with ski-hungry teens. The house and experience lived up to the reviews and pictures - the house was very comfortable, roomy, clean, and well equipped for us. The owners have put a lot of TLC into this home and it showed, from the well maintained hot tub, to comfortable beds, to decorative touches that make you feel welcome. We were a short drive to town, the Breckenridge gondola, or the highway for other resorts. I highly recommend this house for families looking to have a wonderful Colorado visit!

Beautiful Home in a Perfect Location!! #SlayThePow

So firstly I have to say that Dick and Linda are absolutely amazing and that their meaningful and overly helpful advice made our trip to Breckenridge that much more enjoyable. That being said, the property was awesome and exceeded our expectations. We loved the location and were very happy with the proximal placement of the house in relation to the gondola and activities of the town. We were very happy that we took up Dick and Linda on their recommendation of a 4×4 SUV as it was an absolute necessity for our travels throughout our vacation. Nothing that we did was overly far and we were able to fit nearly all of our activities into our 5 day 6 night stay. We skied, went on sleigh rides, explored the city and surrounding areas and had an all around amazing time. As a first time driver in snowy conditions I was a bit nervous but found that Dick and Linda's reassurance that the roads would be plowed and well kept was 100% factual. We had no problem getting to and from the house at any point and the driveway of the home was very accessible throughout our travels. The hot tub was an amazing relief after each and every one of our days of skiing and snowboarding and the home was indeed very well conditioned and insulated during our stay. All the rooms in the home were clean and well kept but one of my favorite features in the home was most definitely the speakers throughout the house that fed to the central unit in the living room area. All of the amenities that we needed and even more that we didn't were located in the home. I am a executive chef and cooked for the majority of our stay. All of the utensils and cook ware that you could ever need were located in the nice, beautiful residential kitchen. The central market grocery store and ski equipment rental were in very close proximity to the home and were both very accommodating and well stocked. I'd recommend the ski north rental location. Another helpful tool is the binder that Dick and Linda kept in the living area. There was a lot of useful information within this binder including things to do in and around the city as well as useful information regarding the home. We rented a extended Expedition and there was plenty of space to park in the garage when neccessary. I could go on and on about the home and the beautiful city of Breckenridge 😊 I fully recommend and endorse this home for your stay in Breckenridge and we will undoubtedly stay in this home for our next ski trip in Breckenridge 🗻☃️🛷

Perfect Winter reteat

We loved the home, very spacious, yet homey. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed the deck every evening with the grill, hot tub, or just a chair and a beer after a day of skiing. Plenty of beds for our group and wished we could have stayed longer. Owners were very nice and very accommodating. Location is quiet and yet not out of the way. Got to downtown in 5 minutes. Would definitely stay again.
