Thank you for your feedback — we really appreciate you taking the time to share this. We’re very sorry to hear about the cleanliness of the floors and the condition of the bathtub. That’s not the standard we expect, and we’ll be addressing this with our housekeeping team right away. We’ll also take a look at the tub to ensure it’s safe and not overly slick. We apologize as well for the confusion around the trash bins. That should have been clearly communicated, and we’ll work on improving directions for future guests. Thank you again for bringing these items to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future. 🌲🏡
