Peaceful and private, the apartment is ideally located with a lovely view. The amenities are very good making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. All of the attractions of Noosa and much of the Sunshine Coast are nearby, making this an ideal location from which to explore.

A piece of paradise

Our time here at hilltop villas at sunshine beach was a beautiful slice of paradise and we really didn’t want to leave. Great apartment, amenities and priceless views !!! We will definitely return

Beautiful tropical getaway

This little gem of an apartment was the perfect setting for our coastal escape to Noosa! Sunshine beach has some fantastic cafes, shops and restaurants and they’re all on the doorstep of this rental! The sea views were unbelievable and the car garage, and beach equipment were a nice addition to the stay. Thanks so much for having us!!

Great apartment and location

Sunshine beach is a beautiful place to stay. The apartment is excellently equipped and very comfortable, and has ocean views and so sitting out the balcony was lovely . We had a great time here.

Tolle Lage, aber mäßige Ausstattung und Sauberkeit

Der Ausblick war fantastisch und auch die Lage war perfekt, da Geschäfte und nette Lokale direkt vor der Tür waren. Der sehr schöne Strand ist direkt die Straße runter! Die Ausstattung war einfach, aber ok. Die Sauberkeit ließ allerdings hier und da zu wünschen übrig. Insbesondere die Waschmaschine und die Abflüsse waren schon sehr dreckig. Wir würden die Unterkunft deswegen bedingt empfehlen.

Nice property in a great location

This is a nice property ( with some recent renovations) in an excellent position. Apartment is large, and well equipped. Fantastic ocean views. Easy walking distance to Sunshine Beach shops and restaurants, the Surf Club and of course the beach itself. Negatives were that the lift was not working for the time we were there, and I had especially booked an apartment with a lift because of elderly knees. It appeared that there was not good communication between the owners, the real estate agency and the Body Corporate. The agency found out that parts for the lift were ordered, but had not yet arrived. I totally understand that there are breakdowns, but did expect to be informed about it prior to occupancy and given the chance to move the booking elsewhere. On arrival the pool had lots of leaves in it and I had to request that it be cleaned. This did happen after one day. Once again I especially looked for a pool when booking. I am assuming that the price I paid included a useable lift and pool for the entire duration of my stay.
