Host (Sam) was awesome! Location by olde town can't be beat! We were very comfortable in the home and the kitchen was fully equipped! Plenty of parking if you have a car and a secured gate. Had a wonderful stay!

Location was great - definitely had everything we needed.There was a bit of an odor (but I can be super sensitive) at check in - I mopped a bit with vinegar and didn't notice after. Neighbors are re-roofing neighboring house - but sooo quiet at night, which I didn't expect. Felt like a real vacation and will recommend & stay again.

My wife and I rented the cottage to meet our mother in law for vacation. We were all impressed with the cottage, cleanliness, supplies provided, location in close proximity to Old Town and especially the host and his communication and detailed instructions. Well worth the price. I'll be renting from Sam again if timing allows

My stay in Albuquerque at this location was amazing!! The property was super cute, functional and clean. It surpassed all my expectations. I was traveling with my Sister and my pet dog. The property was super comfortable, we were able to get an excellent night’s rest. The location was perfectly located and easy to access. The off street parking made loading and loading our stuff simple and secure. The backyard was perfect for my dog as well as totally cute to enjoy the cool evening. The kitchen was awesome and well stocked. This property is exceptional!! If you need a place to stay in Albuquerque… STAY HERE!! A

Our family met in Albuquerque for a family event and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. David the host was quick to respond to the few questions we had, the home was the best equipped of any we've stayed at, the beds were comfortable, and the location perfect ... just a block from Old Town.

The property was fabulous! We will want to stay again in the near future. The fenced yard was perfect for our small dog, there were no places he could get out of the yard at. Although we did not cook this time out, we noted how clean the kitchen was and how it had everything you could need to prepare any type of meal.We were really impressed.

Historic area of Albuquerque!! The location is fantastic, you will be surrounded by restaurants and museums. Explora (fantastic kids museum) The Natural History Museum, and the Art Museum of New Mexico. Old Town with many restaurants and shops. All this is within a 5-minute walk from the home. If you hop in the car you can drive 5 minutes to the Bio Park, which includes the aquarium. The ABQ zoo is just a short drive through old neighborhoods. Downtown is also just a short 5-minute drive. The home itself is a remodeled Adobe with consideration of its 1926 origins. Hardwood floors and saltillo tile cover the floors. Simple yet elegant bedrooms and bathrooms with modern amenities. Dimmable lighting in the bathrooms and kitchen bring a nice layer of personal touch. The kitchen is tastefully decorated and stocked for almost all cooking needs along with complimentary coffee or tea. Enjoy the outside with a large size private gated and fenced backyard with seating for 10 and a bbq. Great for pets as they have the entire property to securely run around.
