Overall nice place although both bathrooms and the kitchen need significant updating. Also, the sliding porch door is incredibly hard to open and close and requires slamming. Thin ceilings meant the parties above us kept us awake at 2:30am. Spectacular view and convenient beach access. It would have been nice if there were more than 5 towels provided since we had 5 people in our group and the condo should sleep up to 8. The shower made a violent squealing sound every time used. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful. Nice big space and TVs in each bedroom were good.

Great location

I grew up in Savannah so spent much time during my teen years at Tybee. This is a great location to access the beach, restaurants, bars etc The view is magnificent being beach front. The condo units however could use some maintenance ( just lots of wear and tear, aging etc ) We had everything we needed in the kitchen but did no cooking. I think new mattresses would be a huge plus as they were not very comfortable ;others staying had the same comments.

Refreshing

This is the perfect location for most beautiful views while it is also very convenient to many restaurants and shopping. The condo is very clean, beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Third trip to Dolphin Watch and second time in #5. Have already booked the next trip.

Great location!

Tgis property is situated perfectly to get to the beach, go to the pier or walk to multiple restaurants and shops!. We will be back and woul love to stay here because in 5 days we didn't get to experience everything.

Not as good as it looks in pics

The trip started off with difficulty simply trying to locate the sales office to pick up our keys. GPS lead us to a private residence, so after calling the after hours line the gentleman was very helpful in guiding us to the correct location. Apparently this is a common occurrence as there was a note on the door of the private residence, so perhaps an email ahead of the trip would help? The location and awesome patio are about the only thing this unit has going good for it, especially when you consider the price; it really needs updating. The dishwasher is on its last breath, the fridge is missing a door handle and is way too noisy, no potholders, very little pans, a wonky rolling shoe cart (?) for a side table in the master, yard sale quality furniture everywhere, sticking sliding doors with mismatched handles…just not at all what you’d expect for the price charged. This is our tenth family trip to Tybee and we’ll definitely be back as we love it, just not at this condo.
