Lots of really nice small touches, like the lights on the wall for the bunk beds. This place is booked the rest of the year or I would have booked it again while we were there!

Everything was exactly as stated online but the pictures don’t do it justice. Very comfortable and convenient. Perfect location and a comfortable house!

Kitchen is open with lots of seating for a big group. Two of the four bedrooms have only bunk beds, so my husband and I had to sleep on those. Wish there was one more queen sized bed in the house.

Many amenities right next to the house making this vacation spot a wonderful place for families to visit. There were many towels provided which was helpful and laundry detergent was available with the rental for washing as well. Over all fantastic stay and I did not have one complaint!

Having the clubhouse deck so close for a quick coffee run or ice cream was perfection! It also gives the kids a little freedom because you can see them from the back porch. Love being so close to the pool and the new boardwalk along Lake Kai. Love this house!

Nice vacation house close to everything

Great house for girls weekend. Only negative was the enclosed porch was not very cozy and chairs were hard to sit on. Overall great space and close to pool and beach!

The location was extremely convenient to all neighborhood activities and amenities as well as to the beach access. We enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart! The kitchen had everything we needed. Although the house was perfect for our clan, I have a few recommendations.1. The trundle in the upstairs bedroom is very uncomfortable. Not sure if a mattress toppper or a new mattress is in order. 2. The upstairs bathrooms had shower curtains. The rings were broken and it was difficult to keep curtain in the shower due to small spacing. 3. The remote controls needed batteries, which I supplied, so no biggie. Might be good to double check that the remotes work.4. The master bedroom could use a clock.5. When we arrived the master toilet had not been flushed. 6. There were toys and paper towels under ottoman in family room and stuffed in couch cushions. I think this is a cleaning issue and not a reflection of the quality of the house.7. Outdoor table was filthy and greasy. I cleaned upon arrival.Please don’t take these recommendation as a negative if the property, just as possible places for improvement. We loved the house and it suited our group of mostly teens perfectly. Thanks so much!

Perfect family getaway

The Beachwalk community was something out of a story book. Barbies Dream Home was dollhouse and had more than enough space for my family. Everything sparkled clean and it was conveniently situated next door to the pool, small beach and ice cream store. The huge back porch, Arcade table, and stocked board games were well appreciated by all. The golf cart got us around the neighborhood and Lake Michigan in style and was a must have for the grandparents. I can't say enough about our positive experience with this home and the memories that were made in Beachwalk. We will be back!

The only thing that would have been better for us since we were there only for the weekend, would have been a much earlier check in timers enjoy things to do elsewhere & allowing later check out. Your staff was most helpful, pleasant & charming.
